First saw the ad special on Instagram. Figured "why not get a quote?". Filled out the form and within 15 minutes, I received a text with a quote. It was not automated, it was from the owner/operator and we maintained our communication in that text thread throughout the job. The personal touch felt really nice. Now on to the quality of the work: I am still in awe about the quality I received. Even a couple of weeks later, I still walk around my car and admire the job. It's just window tint, sure, but I love the aesthetic. I got 5% tint on the rear sides and full back tint, and 70% on the driver and passenger side fronts. I was not solicited for the front windshield, but he did mention it if I was interested and he left it at that, and I appreciated that so much. The job took about as long as he had estimated, and I just hung out at Starbucks down the street while it was being done. One year ago, my cousin had her windows tinted here. The tint on the front windshield and side windows were hazy indicating the tint had been poorly placed. Furthermore, there were several blemishes and bubbles underneath the tint further indicating the tint had not been placed properly. When we contacted Brandon, he very nicely offered to correct the issue for free. However, after leaving her vehicle for over an hour, the tint looks exactly the same. Although I'd like to believe Brandon and his team tried, the tint looks just as bad as when we brought her car. When we brought it up to Brandon, he seemed apologetic, but was ultimately dismissive of our concerns. In fact, he tried to up charge us for another service. It seems this company puts money first and just forgets about customer satisfaction altogether. It was a waste of our time and a waste of our day. Please do not take your car here. Found Swift Auto Works through instagram where they're running a great promotion for 3M nano ceramic film. From all of the tint shops I requested quotes from, their price is the best considering they're using 3M tint. The guy who helped me (I guess the owner of the shop) was super nice & explained the different tint % for me.
