I'm sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision before using this business. I contacted the number (754) 300-9755 for trailer parts. I was told the company name was SWFL Trailer Sales & Repair (also referred to as SWFL Custom Trailers). I wired $5,000 for torsion axles and parts after receiving instructions to send payment to a personal bank account. Since paying, the process has been extremely concerning: * I have not received any tracking, shipping confirmation, from a registered business * The business name provided to me is not listed as an active company in Florida * The phone number is tied to several online listings and reviews that show a pattern of issues with large payments and delays * The address and business information I was given do not match any verified business location * Communication has continued, but I still have no proof that the parts have shipped At this point, after weeks of delays and no documentation, I cannot recommend sending money or deposits without independently verifying the business registration, getting a written invoice, and confirming a legitimate business account. Posting this so others can be aware and can take precautions before moving forward. read more

horrible service spent 4100 for new brakes on trailer. all new brakes and hardware for trailer. brakes don't work and respond to me. Avoid pay more somewhere else where they actually make sure your brakes work. BAD BUSINESS!! Don't trust them they will take your money and not help when they don't work. read more

They advertise & promise: "Quality Luxury Cars-- High Quality Inventory-- Meticulously Maintained vehicles that are inspected thoroughly by their Master Technicians to ensure quality prior to placing them for sale." I purchased a vehicle from them 6 months ago. Within the first 2 weeks of ownership, 4 major issues were found on the car. I'm still trying to compell them to take financial responsibility for THEIR product. 3 leaks were discovered & hidden wrecked major damage to the front bumper cover was discovered. I had the hidden wrecked damages repaired for $2,600. The general mgr has refused to reimburse me for the repairs. I recently found out that the 3 leaks are much worse than I thought. On January 7, 2026, I hired a mechanic that specializes in German vehicles to begin work on one of the leaking areas, the oil filter housing & oil cooler gaskets, these repairs are a major undertaking. When he began removing parts, the amount of oil leakage that was found was extensive. Oil leaked everywhere. It's obvious that those gaskets have been leaking for a long time. He also removed the large plastic engine guard that bolts to the underneath of the engine bay. It was saturated wilth huge areas of oil and oil sludge. He then noticed that the engine oil pan drain hole looked as though the drain plug was screwed in with bubble gum. He removed all the gunk and drain plug to discover that the threads of the oil pan drain hole are stripped. The threads can't be repaired. I need a new oil pan. Everything is documented with photos of evidence. I'm in the process to begin suing Autohaus of Naples for $8,000 thru Florida courts. On January 24, 2026, I received a message from a woman that read my many online reviews of Autohaus of Naples. She shared with me that she recently purchased a Mercedes from Autohaus of Naples. While she was driving on the highway, the entire metal roof flew off. She sent me a photo. It's shocking. She mentioned that the general manager, Tim Peck, has refused to compensate her for the major damage & safety issue. Her vehicle is currently not drivable. She shared screen shots of her communications between she and her salesperson and Tim Peck. Tim was as completely unprofessional just as he was with me & refuses to take responsibility for his products just as with me. Some of the online review platforms allow posting photos but some do not. If you have anything to ask me or share with me about Autohaus of Naples, find my Facebook review on their page. You can then message me thru Facebook. STAY AWAY FROM AUTOHAUS OF NAPLES! They are NOT a quality preowned vehicle dealership. Of importance, I have only been able to drive the vehicle about 200 miles during the 6 months of ownership. The vehicle still has less than 60,000 miles & is a 2011. As a result of my complaint against Autohaus of Naples to the Florida BBB on 9/18/2025, Autohaus of Naples now has a lower rating. It has dropped to B- because they ignored the 3 attempts by the BBB to resolve my complaint. Autohaus of Naples is no longer accredited.

I'm the original owner of my black 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport. Over the past year, my hood…read moredeveloped a small spot of clear coat fading due to the Florida sun. The spot was about the size of a baseball. I was really the only one that could see it but it bothered me enough to get it fixed since I'm a perfectionist. I went to Doug Brann and one other high end body shop here in Naples to see what the best fix would be. They both suggested the same thing, a full repaint and clear coat on the hood. After researching, I felt like the luxury body shop would have been overkill, and reading customer reviews made me feel confident Doug Brann would get it done correctly. Grady was very pleasant to work with and described to me exactly what would be done and to give him a call when I was ready. A few months later I scheduled the job, letting them know I was moving to the Saint Augustine area and needed my Jeep back by a specific date. We arranged to drop it off of Wednesday and I'll have it by that same Friday. Friday came around and I never heard from them. Grady informed me that bugs flew into the clear coat as they were painting and they'd have to keep it over the weekend and it would be ready on Monday. I was very accommodating, even though I needed my Jeep that weekend as we just purchased a house and needed to get things in order. The Jeep was ready for pickup on Monday, and I moved a few days later. I was being extra cautions the first few months and didn't wash it for the first time until almost 4 months later. I always hand wash section by section, and wax it after. My Jeep has never seen an automatic car wash. After I washed and started to wax, I noticed about a 3/4 inch piece of fabric or hair literally baked in underneath the clear coat. I attached images here in the review(image 2). I reached out to Grady with the pictures and he responded quickly, saying it must have been "bird droppings" and "it is not a failure in our paint materials or workmanship." I even offered to send a video or hop on a FaceTime call with him. Within 24 hours I went to the three top rated body shops in my town to get their opinion. The first owner told me it was "scientifically impossible" for that piece of fiber to get underneath the clear coat after it was applied. The contaminant was 100% there while it was in the booth. The other two shops immediately said the same thing, laughing at the bird droppings theory. I paid $880 out of pocket to Doug Brann's purely for a cosmetic issue. Anyone from Naples knows I had many options to choose from. The three body shops out here will have to fix my new issue the same way Grady did, a brand new repaint and clear coat which will run me roughly $1k here. The fiber won't just work its way out since Grady's crew got it on there before the clear coat was sprayed. There are also two spots on the hood where the paint is gone down to the metal, and they turned orange from rust after my first wash. I attached pictures so you can see them. Just like the trapped fiber, those pinholes are paint application defects from Grady's booth. I would have never left a review had Grady stopped responding to my messages. I'd second guess bringing your vehicle here, maybe if insurance covers your issue you'd be able to fight it, but Grady left me out to dry.

This has been one of the worst purchases of my life. I signed a contract on 11/1/25, and 23 days (told 7-10) later, I was delivered an incomplete trailer at 11pm. I could see at first glance that my tritoon would not come close to fitting. I had sent all the information such as Make and model of the boat, which he obviously ignored. Another thing that jumped out was the plastic bunk covers I requested. They cut down the wrong size product and it looked like a poor DYI effort. He threw them in at no charge, but I would have gladly paid for the right size, not cut down, installed correctly. The fenders were pushed out making it a wide-load (9' wide) and looked goofy. Painted steel brackets (not galvanized on outer bunks, a mixture of brackets (some "modified") for center bunks.... brake reservoir was dry, no VIN tag. I could go on. all talk. Says he's sending stuff for over a month and got nothing. Stay away. read more

Without consulting with me about the parts to complete the installation of my new Mercurys .. Amzim Marine took it on them selves..To order parts that was and still unnecessary to complete this job.. Some of these parts.. Was billed at a much higher than retail price.. I was called by Cindy ( who was arrested on felony charges) Called me demanding a higher payment..After I installed the Mercury outboard rigging components myself..And threatening me.. To call the "Cops" if I did not pay them several more thousands of dollars.. She also threatened me with cancellation of my warranty.. Well I called the Marco Island Police Dept myself.. Met with a marine patrolman on the water within a hour of her attempt to extort more money.. The money in dispute was paid in full.. This matter with Amzim marine is far from over.. I knew we were gonna take a loss, but they only offered me $5k on trade. The Side x Side only had 33 miles and 6 hours on it. They were way lower, by thousands than every other dealer that I got a price from. I will never buy anything from them again and suggest that you don't, as you can see how they would treat a possible returning customer. To offer almost $10k less that what I paid 6 months ago is a serious insult and a huge statement about their integrity and loyalty to their customers. They would have listed this for sale for at least $12k. I suggest you do not buy from them!
