I'm not sure any of those things are part of their thinking, despite claims to the contrary. I fired them once for not showing up and wish I had stuck to my guns. We altered our travel plans one weekend and emptied our walk-in closet expecting them to finish the upcoming Monday. They didn't show. They assured me they were all about customer satisfaction. They weren't. Pricing was quoted as being $100/hr for the team which I assumed meant husband/wife. Their initial billings seemed in line with that. They then seemed to think they could just name their price for each item piecemeal. I never agreed to that but simply hoped they would finish within a day as promised 3 times. Each time they left after a few hours or so and needed to have money for a weekend getaway. Or an I'm not leaving without this much type of demand. It all turned out to be very manipulative, and quite frankly, emotional in nature. There was also issues with poor communications and not listening to project directives. A lot of excuse making ensued. Minor additional requests became the reason for work not getting done. I paid them for far more than the time and priority they gave to our project. Broken promises caused another subcontactor to add costs for not having requisite items addressed for their visit completed. I could go on... Just a completely unprofessional experience all around.

I had no reservations about paying ahead of time since he had done work for me three years prior to this. I ordered it one week ahead of the storm so my large plant collection would not be sunburned in case we lost the top of the cage. He never delivered it and claimed it was not in stock. I later discovered from another contractor that was a lie. As weeks and months ensued, I requested a refund for my money that he had apparently simply pocketed. He began to ignore all my requests and communication via phone, email and FB messaging. Now, I will have to file a small claims court complaint to hope to get any kind of restitution. Don't become a victim like I did, this guy is a deceptive THIEF!

I then Received a call my the rep informing me that the quote was a little high given that they used a sub for the work I needed. The quote was 38 a ft to replace a drip edge, making the cost of $5000 for the 145 ft I needed replaced. I was surprised as the rep said this was an easy job and would be done in a day .Since this was above my budget I asked how much to do the front of my house as it was the worst spot, the then quoted me for the 30 ft job $2500 ,what 20% of the footage and half the price of then entire house! I asked why they jumped from $38 a ft to $88 a foot and did not get an ans, I then asked to speak with the owner of which the rep replied you do not get to speak to the owner because I do not like the quote. I called the main office and asked for the owner of which they were reluctant to give me his name. The name is available on line so I did not understand their hesitation. I have been in business for over 35 years and I have Never turned down a request to talk to any of my customers or potential customers . Why would an owner of a business refuse the opportunity to speak to a potential customer? So it has been a week since my request and zero response from the owner or his company. Given this company behavior I had no choice but to give them this reviewed. I know if the customer service is bad before you give them your money it will not be good after they have it. Shame I wanted to use them based on initial impression.

We were…read moreoffered the job to be done right away by All Pro Services of SWFL LLC for significantly more than the others quoted us, but we agreed as we wanted it done right away. We now COMPLETELY regret going with this company simply so it could get done sooner. We have numerous leaks along the gutters, it is obvious they were not sealed properly. We were also told a 5th downspout wasn't needed and we are dealing with a significant amount of run off now where it should've gone. Additionally, we also asked for a spout to be moved as we communicated that a new fence gate was going in a certain location and a downspout was installed in its way. When addressed we were told that they would have to come back out at a later date and then was told it was going to be an additional $150 charge, despite us communicating where the new fence was going prior to installation. Needless to say we are beyond disappointed in the installation and service and truly feel taken advantage of because we expected it to be done right for the exorbitant amount we paid, comparatively.
