From the first contact to the final walkthrough, everything was professional, friendly, and efficient. Andrea arrived right on time, was super respectful of my space, and got right to work without any fuss. She tackled areas I usually struggle with--like the kitchen appliances, bathroom grout, baseboards, and all those forgotten corners--and left everything sparkling. The attention to detail was outstanding; she didn't just do a surface clean, they really transformed the place. It smelled fresh, looked pristine, and honestly felt like a brand-new home again. Communication was excellent too--the quote was clear and fair, no hidden fees, and they followed up afterward to make sure I was happy. I've used other cleaning services before, but Hera stands out for their consistency and genuine care. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for reliable, high-quality cleaning--residential or otherwise. I'm already booking them for regular maintenance. Thank you, Hera team--you made my week! Would give 10 stars if I could!

How was it different? - The attention to detail was exemplary. - They quoted us a lump-sum cost instead of an hourly rate but made sure that everything was cleaned to perfection even if it takes longer. - Their business model is different - They arrive onsite; you show them everything you want cleaned and based on that they give you a fixed price; once the price is agreed upon they get to work and make sure they exceed your expectation. - Consistently sought feedback to ensure that we were absolutely pleased with the service. - They didn't nickle-and-dimed or asked for extras after agreeing to a fixed price. - Everything is included interior fridge cleaning, oven cleaning, grout cleaning - provided you specify while agreeing on the price. Wish them all the very best. I'm a very happy customer and will keep using them in future.
