Sheane did the concrete work at our house less than 4 years ago. We had issues right away when the…read morecontainer with the sealant exploded in the sun all over our bulkhead and side of the house. He eventually remediated and replaced the siding on the house, but something was not right with the seal on the concrete, and it never got properly sealed. Now, less than 4 years later, our patio is cracked and breaking in multiple spots and you can clearly see it's not sealed right (see pictures). We contacted Sheane to come back and take a look, which he agreed to doing, however he never showed up as promised. I'm disappointed that he's been completely unresponsive. We really liked working with Sheane in the beginning. He said he was using a new sealant from a new company when doing our house that he had not previously used. Maybe it was just a bad product, which I get, but I would have expected him to show up as promised and fully remediate the issue which he never did. He completely ghosted us and the last 3 messages to him went unanswered. Based on that, I absolutely cannot recommend using him for your concrete work. Maybe what happened at our house was a one-time bad incident, but the lack of responsiveness and not taking responsibility for remediating the bad quality of his work speaks volumes. I would strongly recommend working with a different company and not hiring Eldrige Concrete.

I was hesitant to call Parkway because it looked like a big company. I called and the owner answered. He happened to be in our area and came to do an inspection that day. He talked about taking over the business from his uncle from Ireland and how much he learned from him. He was competent, friendly, and seemed trustworthy. He said that he would have a team working on it in about 3 weeks and he did. The crew were extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and kept the area clean. The price was in line with other quotes. The team seemed to do more than what I expected and I didn't see it on the bill. It's nice to know that my 100+ year old chimney is sound again. I would highly recommend this company!
