Although our heat pumps were originally purchased and installed by Gammon's, this was our first full annual maintenance under their service program. We had expected the work to occur in early fall or mid‑winter, but due to a high volume of emergency heating calls, the company requested that we defer to spring. While the delay was understandable, it highlighted the importance of strong scheduling and dispatch coordination. During the visit, Tyler and Aaron identified several condensate drains that had not yet been tied into the sewer system and completed that final installation step. This proactive work likely prevented future moisture‑related damage to walls or flooring, and we are grateful for their diligence. Their problem‑solving skills, tenacity, and customer‑focused approach stood out and gave us confidence in the long‑term reliability of our equipment. We did choose to upgrade to a more comprehensive maintenance plan and look forward to having our annual service scheduled just ahead of the winter heating season. We recommend Gammon's Heating & Cooling and believe the company delivers strong technical service. One area of opportunity is dispatching and scheduling. It would be helpful for dispatch to confirm the number of units at a customer's home, understand where equipment is located, and estimate the appropriate number of technicians needed. Additionally, providing more accurate arrival windows--or proactive updates when schedules shift--would help customers avoid waiting longer than expected. Overall, the quality of the technicians' work was excellent, and with some refinements to scheduling and communication, the customer experience could be even stronger. One led to widespread leaking (where they didn't attach the hose properly to the unit to have it drain out) that ruined our second floor ceiling and destroyed a closet. Over a year later, we started to see our living room unit leak water profusely. An agent was sent out yesterday to fix it, but lacked a ladder and said he would be back. He never was, and attempts to get someone out here again have been met with bald faced lies - "we have no record of a visit set up." These people do not install these heat pumps correctly. We have had widespread damage to our house as a result of their negligence. Do not use them EVER. Not only is their installation crappy and negligent, but their communication is faulty and suspect. Do not waste your money.

His snow blower quit during the last storm, and TK made an appt to go and pick it up at his home. He completely forgot about it and was not there at the agreed upon time. When they called him to reschedule, and to explain he would be billed for the missed pickup, my brother was very unpleasant and hung up on them. Later, when I was paying his bills, I contacted TK to ask about the fee (I didn't know any of the above occurrence). I spoke with Steve who was very understanding and very kind. He understood the difficulty we are having, and the "awkward" stage between independence and losing freedom to manage things himself with dementia and he credited the fee back to us. Well, the saw leaked bar oil all over the place. I put up with it for a while but then took it in for them to look at. One guy said it was missing some part in the oil tank and caused it to leak. So, since I never took it apart, it was missing the part since new. I left it there for nearly two months then the part finally came in. They had the balls to charge me $65 to put the part in. They are totally clueless. Acted like he never saw me before. Definitely never going there again.

I was called to pick up our child because she was throwing up and basically lethargic, it was heat stroke! They do not keep the kids cool it was hot out and the kids should have been in air conditioning, we were told to keep our child home for the next day, which of course we wanted that too but there were other kids displaying symptom's they just took zero responsibility and thats dangerous. One time I pulled in to the driveway and a teacher was out there looking for one of the kids! The parking lot is very busy! We are so much happier now, our child is thriving, we were stuck there due to legalities and covid, it was difficult to find a spot in a new place but we are free from it all now! Theres a reason there are no cameras in there, the staff is not happy there either, one teacher was super but Im sure shes gone by now. There is alot of highschool like gossip there but its grown up women, we were also lied to. I do not recommend this place at all but especially if you are involved in Child Custody, divorce, or ANY situation because this woman owner WILL make it her business to get involved and to use the situation as leverage, as I stated she is a bully.
