The cases & displays were gorgeous and well organized, the employees had substantial education and product knowledge, and they remembered my friend by name which was a huge plus! Shayla helped me out and was wonderful! She was warm, welcoming and helpful - not only with the products, but also had some great local recommendations for nightlife! The woman helping me today was extremely rude, unprofessional, and clearly not trained in basic customer service. She spoke with attitude, was irritated when I asked to see an item, and refused to provide her name when I asked. Instead of helping me or recommending products, she rushed me and kept saying they didn't have anything for $15, even though I came prepared to spend over $150 because I just renewed my card. The service was loud, careless, and rude. If management reads this: your staff needs serious training. This location keeps losing customers because of the way your employees talk down to people. I won't be returning after this.

When I called, a manager promised he would drive to meet me to give me the hose because I lived too far to go back to the store. Every day that past there was a new excuse of why he could not come meet me. When I bought the hookah I asked the salesman why there was a difference in price of two very similar hookahs and his only answer was "the quality". But was is the smoke quality or the way the hookah parts are made? He didn't know. He was not very knowledgeable. I had to make the decision myself and I had to get on a step ladder to take it down. And when I asked about a coconut shell coal I never heard of his answer of why is it better was once again "the quality". The hookah began to fall apart after three uses. I even had to use tape to close gaps of air because the base did not attach to the stem correctly. Complete waste of $100. Overall they broke a promise and I had to call everyday for a week until I gave up. The hookah had poor quality and they are not knowledgeable about their products. I will never shop here again.

Within just a few hours I got an email notification stating "Your order is on the way". Pretty sweet, right? Only... The order is not on the way. A shipping label has been created, but that's all. It is now 5/29 and no updates to the shipping status have been made. I read a number of reviews of thesmokybox before ordering and several of them lauded the company for getting their product to their door in 3 days 'even though they lived across the country', which influenced my purchase. I'm not concerned about the products themselves, if they eventually send the items I ordered they'll be the exact ones I could've gotten at any online vape store. So far though, we're not off to the best start here 'thesmokybox'. (5/30) So, a couple of hours after this initial post, my package has offically been mailed and should be here in 3 days.
