Left with some Trinidad's, Rocky Patel and a Brick House Sampler. Friendly and helpful staff. They have a cigar lounge out in the parking lot made out of a converted bus. This store is huge! Amazingly organized and the employees are super helpful! I went in looking for an ashtray and lighter set I found on their website for an anniversary gift for my husband and although the product was currently not available at that location the clerk helped me out with creating an account and an online order to have us shipped directly to my house. Anyone who has lived in Miami as long as I have knows CustomerCare is not usually something you can expect during any shopping trip, so when I find anyone who is willing to go the extra mile, and with a smile, you can rest assured they will be getting repeat business from me. I ordered cigars from Neptune on November 27th and paid for two-day shipping. The website said they would be shipped on November 30th but they were not shipped until December 3rd. It is now December 14th and I have received nothing. I have sent them multiple emails and all they say is that it is on its way. This is beyond ridiculous. Order cigars from them a few times but the last order was a problem. A few days before my order arrived I received am email say my order may not be right. It was not. I contacted them right away and they sent out the correct order with a return address label. The customer service rep told me as soon as the return label was in the USPS system I would get a gift certificate emailed to me for the inconvenience of the wrong order shopping to me. The wrong order was returned to them 3 days ago and I have yet to receive the gift certificate or any other reply from them. I don't order a lot of cigars online but will have to find a new place to order from since they are not following thru with what they promised. read more
