Pretty cool cigar store. Vast selection, cool accessories. Learned about this place online when I was looking for somewhere to grab some cigars before a cruise and glad I chose to visit. Left with some Trinidad's, Rocky Patel and a Brick House Sampler. Friendly and helpful staff. They have a cigar lounge out in the parking lot made out of a converted bus. Looked very cool but wasn't open when I was there (unfortunately). Looking forward to visiting them online. read more

Neptune is my go to. I live in California Central Coast and I've been with Neptune for years. Never had any issues with orders, shipments, or customer service/support. It's a real first class operation. They have a huge selection, even rare cigars. Unlike some companies, you can even smoke your cigars, right off the truck! Huge value! *Get in more OPUS X and Padron Maduro* read more

These fine folks that work at Neptune sure take care of their customers! Not only do they have exceptional customer service, the also package you purchase very, very, well! I have been a customer for roughly a year now and every package was well secured with bubble wrap, sealed bag, and humidifier. The selection of cigars they have is immense, by far one of the best selections I have seen. They even reached out before sending my package, when I changed my address prior to placing an order. That's great customer service, plus the prices are great! Cigars are fresh! And to be honest what beats a great priced fresh cigar? That's right nothing does! Keep up the great work! read more

Absolutely the best selection in South Florida, they let you browse for what you are looking for. If they don't have it, they will order it. Other places, push their brands on you if they don't have it. Looking for the elusive LIGA PRIVADA? They have it. Simply the best. read more

Fantastic Cigar Shop , they have a great selection and have the best prices. Only issue is they have no lounge . They said you can smoke in the shop just no place to sit and relax unfortunately. Definitely recommend if you're in the area , the staff is very friendly and helpful. read more

This store is huge! Amazingly organized and the employees are super helpful! I went in looking for an ashtray and lighter set I found on their website for an anniversary gift for my husband and although the product was currently not available at that location the clerk helped me out with creating an account and an online order to have us shipped directly to my house. Anyone who has lived in Miami as long as I have knows CustomerCare is not usually something you can expect during any shopping trip, so when I find anyone who is willing to go the extra mile, and with a smile, you can rest assured they will be getting repeat business from me. The second clerk was busy with my husband explaining different products and helping him find cigars based on his tats yes and preferences. All in all? It was a really pleasant experience and I will definitely be returning. I recommend you give them a try. read more

Amazing selection and prices! Visited during COVID and everyone was following protocol. I was attended by a young man named William and aside from helping me select a smoke for myself, he helped me choose a gift for someone else. Very knowledgeable on their selection, flavors and duration times. Will definitely visit again! read more

I ordered cigars from Neptune on November 27th and paid for two-day shipping. The website said they would be shipped on November 30th but they were not shipped until December 3rd. It is now December 14th and I have received nothing. I have sent them multiple emails and all they say is that it is on its way. This is beyond ridiculous. All I'm getting is the run around while they already have my money. read more

seriously, neptune cigar never disappoints. excellent customer service and they process your shipment quickly. i live in california and usually when i place my order, i get my shipment within 4 days (with the exception of holiday closure or weather issues causing any delays). the items you can redeem from their rewards programs is as well. my friends who ask where i get my sticks from, i always refer them to neptune as the first choice for online ordering. always a pleasure doing business with neptune cigar. read more

I love variety so this remains my favorite hunting grounds. Hidden down a side street you almost wouldn't know it was there. But once inside is probably the biggest selection you've ever seen. Great prices and William's always great at helping me pick out sticks I may have overlooked or never tried. read more

My go-to spot to stock up my humidor. I used to have to drive to their Dadeland store, so I'm happy to see them open up this spot in Lottle Havana. Hands down best prices in the area with great variety. Staff is very knowledgeable and professional. Only knock is they don't have a lounge for patrons to smoke. Everything is to go. read more

Order cigars from them a few times but the last order was a problem. A few days before my order arrived I received am email say my order may not be right. It was not. I contacted them right away and they sent out the correct order with a return address label. The customer service rep told me as soon as the return label was in the USPS system I would get a gift certificate emailed to me for the inconvenience of the wrong order shopping to me. The wrong order was returned to them 3 days ago and I have yet to receive the gift certificate or any other reply from them. I don't order a lot of cigars online but will have to find a new place to order from since they are not following thru with what they promised. read more
