I love their ice cream and drinks! The staff are friendly and the place is very welcoming and clean. The space is small and can get busy, but the staff are quick to service everyone in a timely manner that you never feel crowded nor rushed. Everyone in the store was masked except for the employee working behind the desk. She had her hands in the ice cream she was bending over breathing into the ice cream and then serving it to people I can't even believe that she didn't have a mask. When asked about this she said that her employer told her that she could not wear a mask - it was an individual decision. So in the end the business is still responsible if we get sick. If the person who is preparing your food is not healthy and cannot wear a mask she should not be working. I would give this business a zero if I could but I am giving it one star. I pray to God that no one becomes ill because of this business owner. No one should get sick because of politics and people serving food who are unhealthy. read more

Good ice cream, and nice seating. The chocolates are very pricey, and the one time I tried them, they were not the quality I expected from a $4 piece of chocolate. I steer clear of the chocolates, even though they are cute, because they are so expensive and were so much of a let down that one time. Also, I wish they would post their hours somewhere. I ordered truffles from Sweets On 3rd for delivery, and never received my order. When I called them to inquire about the order, they said "there is nothing we can do about it." I generously tipped BEFORE receiving my order, and received terrible service in return. I'm currently filing a dispute with PayPal to resolve this issue. read more

This is a cute, quaint local gem with impeccable ice cream and a good atmosphere. There are lots of sweet treats, and plenty of space. I wish they had a few more tables, though. The front space looks slightly empty, and they could definitely fit this into a smaller space. There is collectivo coffee, chocolate, and ice cream. A single scoop of ice cream is $3.50 and a pint is $4.90 so I got a pint of Zoreo which is excellent -- I'm still working on finishing it. I would definitely go back. read more

The ice cream is the best in town as far as I'm concerned! Chocolate Shoppe Super Premium. Have it with a shot of espresso on top! Friendly employees and delicious products. They carry the premium brands and we're lucky to have that in Wausau! read more

Employees do not wear masks, and they even have a message by the register saying if you harass the employees or patrons about not wearing a mask you will be asked to leave. Unfortunately we will never go back. I am all for supporting local businesses, especially small businesses, but I'm really disappointed that they are not following the state mandate. read more

Cozy, nicely decorated shop with excellent ice cream. They have some exotic flavors. There are a few tables where you can sit and eat your ice cream. Or you can take your ice cream outside and stroll 3rd street. They are close to a cute park by the YMCA on the east side. read more

Randomly decided to walk in here and the place is very clean. The girl working was very friendly. They don't have a LOT of flavors of ice cream, but the ones they have are awesome. I seriously loved my little single scoop (which was a LARGE scoop) of the maple flavor! It wasn't too sweet! It was perfect maple flavoring with walnuts!! My fiancé got the "Fat Elvis" which, if I remember correctly, was banana ice cream, peanut butter, caramel, and chocolate chips. It was pretty tasty too. They had a large selection of chocolates to choose from, but we just finished lunch and didn't want to eat a bunch of sweets right them. We will definitely be back! read more
