So considering all of their other behaviors they were obviously impatient with him and this must have been why he was so upset when we picked him up. - The owner tried to argue with me and tell me that I had not communicated with her when I had tried and was hung up on. The facility was spacious and clean. All the dogs at the facility seemed happy and well taken care of. Peaches received lots of love and belly rubs (her favorite!). I did speak with other pet crematoriums since. Every one includes a swatch of pet hair for free. Their prices are high. Service is subpar. They don't offer any thing above any other business for the price they charge. I know there is no monetary value for this kind of service to make it better but taking advantage of a grieving person is sad. The lady that did my transaction promised a whole lot , even a special trip to pick up but she did not I found out. I'd rather have honesty than blow smoke if you know what I mean. I won't use their services again. My dog was a service animal and it was not free. 28 days total. I suggest look around ahead of time. Had this business answered any one of the 3 desperate calls I made to them, this would've turned out different. As a business owner, if I can't help someone, or meet their needs, I will absolutely let them know of other businesses to assist them. The universe gives back ... good or bad.
