The facility was spacious and clean. All the dogs at the facility seemed happy and well taken care of. Peaches received lots of love and belly rubs (her favorite!). I left messages each time and never received a call back. The vet actually had no idea where my beloved was at first. The whole thing was terrible to deal with and VERY expensive. I did speak with other pet crematoriums since. Every one includes a swatch of pet hair for free. Their prices are high. Service is subpar. They don't offer any thing above any other business for the price they charge. I know there is no monetary value for this kind of service to make it better but taking advantage of a grieving person is sad. The lady that did my transaction promised a whole lot , even a special trip to pick up but she did not I found out. I'd rather have honesty than blow smoke if you know what I mean. I won't use their services again. My dog was a service animal and it was not free. 28 days total. I suggest look around ahead of time. Had this business answered any one of the 3 desperate calls I made to them, this would've turned out different. As a business owner, if I can't help someone, or meet their needs, I will absolutely let them know of other businesses to assist them. The universe gives back ... good or bad. This dog was my like my child.

I would highly recommend them. This is the first time I drove to the new facility and it is so impressive. And the dogs were all amazing. Had I not had my heart set on this one particular one, there were many others that would've made perfect pets. I am very happy with my connection I made today and my new pup is full of joy. He seemed rather unsure of me at first, but now that he's had a few walks, a couple naps, met some of the neighbors.....he's all over me and I have been covered in dog slobber. Amazing experience! I settled on a black and white long hair smoke exotic. I brought him home in March and he was exactly like she described to me. I highly reccomendher as a breeder and her kittens are healthy and no diseases and well cared for and this to me is the most important thing to know and consider when purchasing a kitten and you absolutely get this with this breeder. My Smokey Joe is now almost 6 months old. He just got neutered with no issues at all and no more vaccinations until Jan. of 27. my vet told me he is a very healthy cat. see picture of him he is beautiful.

I have waited almost two weeks to post this. I needed to gather my thoughts prior to publicly…read moreposting my opinions that had feelings attached to them. I have since learned this will never not have feelings attached. I took my baby to this vet clinic on 02/19/2025 due to her being weak, not eating, and urinating excessive blood, and extremely lethargic. This happened all at once. The day before she was fine. She was running around and playing. I took her in and the doctor barely looked at her, drew no blood, just said "oh it's a kidney infection" and said she had a false pregnancy due to her having milk but not having puppies in over 5 years then called it a day. He prescribe antibiotics and proceeded to give her the vaccinations she needs. That night my baby began vomiting, could barely stand on her own, and continued to urinate more blood than before including clots. I decided in that moment to take her to a different vet in the morning. On 02/20/2025 When we got there, to the other vet, they immediately took her back drew blood and found her to have extremely low red cell counts, little to no platelets, and extremely high liver enzymes. They recommend taking her to the emergency vet and having a blood transfusion and evaluated immediately. She was shocked at the fact the vet prior had given her vaccinations being sick at all. She said it did not cause what was happening, but expedited her sickened due to an already weakened immune system. At this point my baby could not walk on her own at all and it was all she could do to hold her head up. I called and asked this vet what to do then I was proceeded to be called a liar saying I didn't tell them all her symptoms, which I did, and told to push unflavored Pedialyte. I found a vet willing to see her and rushed her to the shoals emergency animal clinic and they saw her. At this point it was little to no use to give her a blood transfusion it had a 50/50 chance of helping her. They diagnosed her with IMHA and told me she more than likely would not make it through the night. The vet there agreed she should not have been given vaccinations as sick as she was, and if it had been caught even 24 hours prior we may have had a shot at saving her. She was running a fever, extremely jaundice, and suffering from low blood sugar. We brought her home and planned to take her back to the second vet the next morning for fluids and hope her counts had raised. Unfortunately, my baby died the morning of 02/21/2025 just before leaving for another vet appointment. I'm not saying this doctor caused my baby to pass away, but I am saying that I will NEVER bring another animal to him. He failed to do proper evaluations on her, he gave her vaccines that in the end made her more sick, and would not take any responsibility for any of the illness she faced the next day. Please I beg of everyone take your babies to someone who will take their lives seriously. These almost two weeks have been the hardest in my life. If I could give -10 stars I would. Please ensure you find a vet who really does care about your babies and not just rushing out the door at closing time.
