However, an email was recently sent out by their practice to all patients promoting their choice for a politician that self-proclaims to be aligned with our current president's beliefs and values. DO NOT sign up for Dr. Lominchar's "Personalized Care Program" unless you would like to waste your…read moremoney on the absolute worst service ever received. It is a complete scam. Dr. Lominchar will not provide you with same day or next day appointments. It took me three weeks to be seen in person for reasons partially explained below. Your appointment will not be on time. You will like wait at least 45 minutes to be seen. She will not spend extra time with you to review your personal health. When I told her I was experiencing hair loss she asked if I had just started a new relationship. I, in fact, have had a history of thyroid issues which was never addressed. When I said I was not in a new relationship, she put me in a room with headphones on to listen to a "brain tapping" message that said "you can still have a big heart even if you're not esthetically pleasing." In addition, the cost of my GENERIC medication nearly doubled from my previous appointment (making it essentially the same price as the brand name) which was never communicated to me. They said it was because the medication was back ordered. I received it in two days. And when I asked to be refunded for the $950 I had paid to be part of the "special" program since I had received ZERO of the promised benefits, she said she would allow that and I was given the number to call to make the request only to learn that she had lied to me and I would only be refunded for the remainder of that specific period. Meanwhile, there were messages posted at the office 4 months after the start of the program stating that other patients still had time to sign up for the program which I was told I had to sign up for immediately in order to be seen. Furthermore, good luck getting ahold of anyone in the office. If you leave a message with them, they promise to get back to you within 24-48 hours. If you have a life or an job and happen to miss the call, you end up waiting another 24-48 hours. Only once has anyone actually ever answered the phone. Finally, I was told that even though I would know longer be part of her "Specialized Care Program" I could still see her for weight loss. Yet when I called to get my refill for that medication, Dr. Lomichar said she could no longer assist me with that after all and that I should find another prescriber. WITH PLEASURE. The saddest part is that I was actually excited about the program that Lominchar was selling. Too bad she and her team are not equipped to actually provide that program in the least.

Overall, I really do like Dr. Lominchar I just wish the wait wasn't two hours and her staff stayed in their lane.

My NP only shared basic information that can be found online and refused to state whether she personally recommended the vaccine. During a measles outbreak in this state, that lack of guidance felt irresponsible. My parents' views were not challenged, and nothing changed. I left feeling unsafe, not advocated for, and completely unheard. I have lost trust in this clinic to prioritize patient safety, especially for minors who cannot make medical decisions for themselves. Additionally, it is not typical for an entire clinic to be staffed solely by nurse practitioners. Most healthcare clinics include at least one medical doctor to ensure an appropriate level of medical training and oversight.

I contacted Life Care nursing staff to give them notice since my mother is currently a long-term resident there. The nursing staff is awesome on the Morningstar unit and said this info would help them prepare my mother for stepfathers passing. Early the next morning my stepfather passed away, and we began making arrangements for his funeral. When I did call my mother to let her know my stepfather had passed Lifecare nursing staff were awesome in providing support to her as she began grieving.
