Loved the slight heat the spicy mango gave, with the spice coming through right at the end of each bite. I thought the strawberry balsamic would be my least favorite, but it was so good. I liked how both had fruit pieces in them. I definitely plan to order more fudge from The Chocolatier's Palette in the near future. It is hard to believe he is not there. The business is still running under the capable hands of his daughter and son in law ( and his right hand baker- Maria).
