Great job with our Westies. So nice to groom at home. No 8 hours in a crate waiting to be groomed.

My dog was severely injured at their day care. She broke her Femur. Emergency surgery was needed…read more I called and asked them to review video and see how this had happened. No video shows incident. They also claim no responsibility to injury and I'm left with a very hefty medical bill. Pet owners need to be aware that this place and possibly others will leave you with just a "Sorry that this happened"!response if your dog is injured. If I can give this place 5 negative stars I would. This is total negligence and irresponsibility on their part. I believe they care more about taking your Benjamin's than caring for your Bengie!

I picked a level 5 but the owner talked me into a level 4 since it'll be easier to manage the shedding with. When I called and made the appointment, I told the lady I did not want him shaved or cut too short. When I arrived I told the lady 4 times that: 1. I've never had a dog groomed before so a professional recommendation would be appreciated. 2. Do not shave MY DOG!!! I want to keep him longer just trim all the wispy hairs up and give him an GOLDEN CUT. I kid you not... I picked him up and he is SHAVED!!! All but his tail was touched. I was at a loss of words. We called after I got home and now the owner is arguing with us and refuses to believe he really is that short. She also told me it was MY fault because I "pointed" at the board when the cut lengths. As a professional... would you advise if cuts were against what the customer asked for? Wouldn't you guide them in something that's new to them but THEIR PROFESSION?!? I will never return and will forever warn people about the incompetence running wild through this facility. His undercoat has been damaged. His hair texture has completely changed. His coat doesn't grown back in curly anyone (my favorite part and the whole reason I don't want him shaved). Our vet advised us, it won't ever grow back the same and will take at least two years to fix the damage they caused. This is your warning- do yourself a favor and STAY FAR AWAY!!!

I took my West Highland Terrier to be groomed, I dropped her off at 815am. I showed the lady at the…read moredesk a picture of what I was wanting. Which is shaved thin (no skin showing through) and head and tail clipped shorter. The lady took notes from the picture and my requests. I called to make sure my Westie would be ready for pick up by 330pm. I arrive and the same lady that check us in this morning was the same one who sent a guy in the back to 'Kennel #9' for my dog. She brings out a grey schnauzer on my dogs leash. I told her that was not my dog. She attempts to take the schnauzer back and he did not want to go back. That is my opinion being that he was desperately trying to sink his nails into the tile and keep from being pulled to the back. She said 'they switched kennels on me' and went back to get my dog. She walks her out and I notice right away she was not excited to see me. This is very unusual for her. My dog has always loved to go to the groomers and is very excited when I pick her up. I get in the car with her and look her over and notice her hair cut is terrible!! It looks as though a child tried to cut her hair. The original lady is now sitting outside on the front corner of the building smoking so I got her attention and told her I had a couple of questions about my dogs hair cut. She came over and I pointed out that the hair cut is very bad, varies in length, has ripples in it and I am not happy. She said she was not the one who cut her but did offer to take my dog back inside and fix it. She did fix it the best as possible. That took an additional 20 minutes. In the mean time while I was waiting I heard one dog yelp and watched as another groomer clamped a silver scissor like object into a dog ear twist the clamp around and around and then pull it out. Doing this several times. Is this how they "cut" hair out of the ear by just ripping it out? I also witnessed that same groomer walk to the front of the shop to the registrar area while having the same dog 'a pekingese' on her table, leaving the dog on her grooming stand alone. My dog stayed moppy the remainder of the night and the next morning and refused to eat or drink. She has now- 28 hours after going into the groomer, begins to weeze. It sounds like a dry cough. No spit up or hacking. She was 100% healthy going into the groomer (she just had a vet check up 6 days prior) and now is sick with something like kennel cough or has had damage done to her trachea. Which can happen if they left her on the table alone and she fell partly off or they pulled hard on her collar just as the lady did with the schnauzer. We trust groomers with our babies and this places does not treat them correctly!! Do not entrust this business your pet!

I showed them two pictures of how I wanted him to look and they did exactly what I wanted. The location is cleaner than most groomers. The staff is very friendly and have great communication. I will definitely be a repeat customer. They are very thorough. I couldn't be more pleased. My shih tzu got a full grooming and my chihuahua puppy got a nail trim exactly as I requested. Their prices are better than most groomers I have dealt with in the past. A nail trim is only $5. My fully groomed dog was $40.
