The bread is always fresh, everything is piled high, and the flavor just hits every time. The Ultimate Sub is my go-to--it never disappoints. Loaded, perfectly balanced, and just flat-out delicious. After eating the first dozen,we ordered another six wings with the Carolina sauce. Overall, the wings were good but didn't like the blue cheese or ranch dressing so much. The salad with red fish was also fine. My wife liked the fish, but I thought it was a little bit tough Overall, it was a nice experience and I would probably go back for the Thursday $10 burger special. I would rate this at a 3.6 but with yelp I have to stick the whole numbers and it's not quite at the level of a 4.0. Good service and good experience.

I decided on a grits bowl . I was shocked at ghe size of the bowl when it was delivered a short while later. Huge is an understatement. There's not a lot of tables, and it would be hard for a large group but even if you have to wait for a table, it is worth the wait! I will return!

Mentioned it again and no big deal. Might have been nice to at least offer something else. I'd recommend ordering a glass of what you like rather than waste the $15. My wife ordered the beet and goat cheese salad which she enjoyed and thought was fine. The short rib sandwich was tasty enough but the bread was soft like it came out of a plastic bag. I was hoping for a better quality bread which is important for a sandwich. It wasn't something I would order again. Overall it's a really quaint place with isles of olive oil and items to purchase but the experience was a 2.0 and the food average 3.0 at best. I really expected a bit more especially from the look and feel of the place. Not sure I could get around to wanting to go back to try anything else on the menu. Bartender was nice but overall just not a good experience after a long day of work. I feel bad to leave an unsatisfactory score but I upped my 2.0 to 3.0 as ratings are important and it's probably at least a 3.0.
