I went ahead and used it as store credit and bought the full 1 HP model, which costs a total of almost $1000. All was good for a while.... A year and 10 months later and it suddenly won't turn on. They told me that there is absolutely nothing they can do because it is out of the 1 year warranty. I think it's kind of crazy for a product that costs $1000 to last less than 2 years. I asked them in email "Ok so I'm just out of luck then?" to which they ignored me entirely.
