My sister asked a question about an item that was on sale as it was not clear if the price on the tag was the sales price or the retail price. The worker snapped at my sister and was so insulting. She then disappeared behind a curtain in a huff leaving us alone in the store. At that point we felt totally unwelcome and left quickly. Won't ever return and will not recommend either. It's amazing how being kind can go so far, there was zero kindness in how we were treated.

My wife and I have frequented almost every hotel, and most of the pubs and taverns, and Edgefield is easily has the largest variety and quantity of offerings. If any location can be considered their flagship, Edgefield is probably it, and their care and attention to detail shows here. You'll find everything here, from apparel to craft brews, liquors, ice cream (spiked!), glassware, soaps and lotions, souvenirs, tchotchkes, doodads, and gizmos galore. There's also an espresso stand, which is a nice perk (hah)! If there is something McMenamins brand that you crave, there are few locations comparable to find what you're looking for: 23rd Ave, Old St. Francis (in Bend) both come to mind, but one of them's...a bit of a trek. My wife was busy at an acupuncture appointment nearby, so I scouted the lay of the land, promising the shopkeeper to return with my wife in tow shortly. An hour or so later, I fulfilled my promise, and the both of us spend the next 20-30 minutes browsing, and conversing with the (very pleasant) shop owner. All oils and vinegars are available for sampling, as well as a sizeable selection of salts and seasonings. There are also pasta sauces and noodles, chocolates, olives and other pickled vegetables, mustards, jellies, and similar culinary accoutrement. Among my wife's favorites were several fruit-based balsamic vinegars which, when mixed with soda water, create some tasty, low-calorie beverages that also are great for treating the persistent heartburn and indigestion she was experiencing during pregnancy. Considering my other favorite oil and vinegar shop is a five-hour drive away in Leavenworth, having Navidi's in our backyard is a blessing, and a guaranteed regular stop for us throughout the year. Very recommended!
