I responded by email asking them to confirm that the date was today and they responded with a vague message saying reservation is confirmed. I sent them another email requesting whether they could also pick us up from the airport on a return trip and making sure that they had the correct date. They never responded. I called them the night before the trip asking the same thing-no response. When they didn't show up at 4:45 in the morning when they were supposed to, I called again and the gentleman that answered the phone apologized and said nobody told him about it and that he was in Kent city. We ended up driving ourselves to the airport and will have over $200 in airport parking fees thanks to their non-responsiveness. Obviously will never use them again or recommend them to anyone.

Then it showed the driver was 22 miles away and that he would be there in 24 minutes!! WTF? While waiting this long is clearly a first world problem, we've been traveling for 12 hours to get back home and this was the capper to a really long day. There were regular taxi's available but I chose Uber based on bad information provided by Uber. If you cancel, you will incur a fee..so we just dealt with it. I've used Uber a lot since they came into existence...but I think I'm done with them. I tried to use their website to discuss this problem with them but they have very cleverly made it impossible (or I couldn't find the secret door) to let them know about this situation. The person working the cab booth got in the radio and told us it would approximately 20 minutes. We decided to wait. (Uber was in ultra surge pricing at the time with the rate more than double what I usually pay. I totally admit I was wrong for not just going to Uber in the first place). The cab attendant then gets a call and says the cab will not be making the pick up. No apology or effort to get another cab. Dumb me, got an Uber which arrived about three minutes later. After traveling over 12 hours, it was nice to finally get home. Price was and should have been irrelevant. My mistake. Metro Cab failed me once before. Guess it wasn't a fluke.
