This salon was recommended by a friend of mine that lives in my neighborhood. I walked in on a Monday morning and the place wasn't busy. I got serviced by a wonderful pleasant lady - forgot her name! She did my eyebrows with precision and care. They came out beautifully. All in all it was a great service and affordable price. They also have a reward system like many other places - 11th visit is free. I will try their eyebrow tinting next time!

She's very meticulous about her work and she will make sure you are absolutely hairless. Light extractions are included with any wax service. They have little treats and bottles of water (for free) available to customers. My first service was around Valentine's Day and they happened to be giving out roses and cake pops to every customer (pictured). The interior is very cute and clean! I'll have to take more pictures at my next appointment. The check-in process is done by simply scanning a QR code. All of the women I've encountered here are very friendly and accommodating. I now have a regular waxing schedule, and I'll be a long-time customer!

Majority of 'threaders' like myself know there are very few you can trust to do eyebrows right, and this location indeed does it right. Was confidently able to be serviced today by Soni knowing she wouldn't mess with shape/form already predetermined by my favorite beauty consultant here. She totally proved today I can trust her too...Hooray! It's the location folks, you will be satisfied regardless of associate that you get. Can't wait to try them out for henna needs/wants when needed...Hey I have friends with weddings/parties that as guest its super fun to really be apart of the festivities. *Note: they also offer henna hair coloring. The price is right $5 for brows (+tip). They have new promotion where if you purchase one of their facials you can get brows threaded for free...Sounds like a deal to me if you need/want facial services anyway. Only makes sense to give attention to all on face at that point. If you are bold or in need of other areas like lip, chin, sideburns they easily do that too. Parking is basically street, there is a side lot but park at own risk for its intended for another business on the strip. Encourage all to support local businesses like Maya's so they are always here when we need them. Trust me...needed and want for when I walked out at least 4 new clients were waiting to be served, Nice!

At that time I regularly had my eyebrows done, with precise detail. They were excellent, & pain free almost! I went recently and there were 3-4 women working. I said wow they've grown, I was expecting great things as usual. Unfortunately, the service quality has dropped, the girl was super fast, which was great, though a bit more painful, and I checked to make sure everything was done well, and it was egh! Just basic brows! I also had an upper lip wax for a first try as well, and it was quite irritating to my skin, not for sensitive skin. Bottom line when I got home and could check close up, it was not neatly done, I had strays everywhere, including the wax. It the usual exceptional service. I would like to compliment that they are still almost pain free, compared to other places! And I love the loyalty card, though if the results aren't as I am used to it makes no sense. I think I'll be trying elsewhere next.
