So pulling in and entering, I was not expecting to experience such a wonderful aroma from all the fresh baking of muffins, cookies, pies and etc. And the coffee was excellent and the atmosphere in the sitting area was very comfortable and warm. And the prices were very reasonable. The staff incredibly friendly and warm. We have visited here many times and our experience is the same as the first time we visited.

Cooked 1 minute too long Creamy Parmesan Salmon pasta? Way too much Parmesan to the cream yields a very butter aftertaste. Butter chicken poutine? Dry chicken When they do hit it right the flavors are really solid. I'll usually come back when I'm traveling because the servers are so excellent. This is a quaint location and the proprietress shares the space with an antique shop. Reservations are a must. It's got that old world vibe, with lace tablecloths and mismatched but fine China tea cups. They use Mighty Tea tea and have a great selection of herbal as well as black tea. The full tea runs about $30 per person and comes with a good sized pot of tea, 2 scones with cream and Jam, a selection of dainty cakes and squares plus cucumber/cream cheese, egg salad, tuna salad, and cherry cream cheese sandwich triangles.
