Her staff is also kind, courteous, and all are very professional. They have computer mapping of your feet to help determine some things that may need corrected as well as an in depth analyses of how you stand, posture, weight balance, shoulder evenness, and much more. The first visit was probably 60-90 minutes, then each follow up visit / spinal adjustment only takes about 15 minutes, unless you lay on the spine-a-lator machine that deeply applies pressure up and down across your spine for about 20 minutes. This is adjustable by Dr Rita or staff and feels relaxing and great once done. I highly recommend Dr Rita Steffey for anyone needing chiropractic services. They have great plans for cash only patients, and also accept most insurances.
