Is the equivalent of a car salesman! Uses posters and videos as scare tactics throughout entire office. As a new patient, you will be required to watch a 10 minute video scaring you into thinking you need chiropractic care the rest of your life for 'wellness.' When he reviewed x-rays of my spine with me he stayed seated and rocked in his chair while explaining what was "wrong" with my spine. He showed me an xray of a 'normal' cervical spine (most likely that of a teenager) which had a slight curve. Then he pointed out how my neck did not look like the 'normal' one and pointed out how I had a very straight neck. Not once did he mention that me being in my late 30's that there will be some form of bone degeneration and proceeded to ask me if I wanted "to be healthy or not." He told me for the first 3 months I would need to come in 3 days a week and then taper off. I went for 3 visits each lasting no more than 7 minutes. While he's cracking your bones he will speed talk and spew ridiculous physiological terms from a medical book that even people in the healthcare field don't use. When my 7 minutes were up I asked him if he could recommend any exercises I could do at home. His reply was, "I don't have time right now, I have a room full of patients. Maybe next time." I went to an orthopedic surgeon shortly after who took xrays and explained my neck pain/curvature is normal wear for someone my age. They found I had slight arthritis in the neck and they recommended some exercises. Within 3 weeks of doing simple strengthening exercises my 11 month neck pain was gone completely!!
