Despues de mi cirugia habia ido a otros lugares lugares para mis drenajes linfáticos, sentia que no era suficiente, no veia mucho progreso, se sentia como algo muy basico y no soy asi, mi esposo se puso a investigar en Internet y escontro BELLEZA COLOMBIANA, pero este es lugar es de OTRO NIVEL. Desde el inico te sientes bienvenido; José siempre es muy amable y atento. La chica me atendio se tomo el tiempo adecuado para hacer mi consulta y crear un plan basado en mis necesidades específicas, no en un plan generico, fue mi primer sensacion. (No que te van pasado a hacer el drenaje y ya como una mas del monton) Se nota que sus terapeutas están altamente capacitados y tienen mucha experiencia. Adicional la maquinas, equipos y la tecnologia que usaron en mi siempre era algo diferente y me explicaron los beneficios que recibiria en cada session, uncluso mi Doctor se sorprendio de mi progreso. Puedo decir honestamente que he notado una gran diferencia en mi cuerpo desde que llegue aquí; los resultados hablan por sí solos. Los chicas son delicadas, profesionales y te hacen sentir cómodo en cada visita. El lugar está limpio, organizado y se nota el cuidado que le ponen a cada cliente. "lymphatic massage post surgery tummy tuck" without a consultation..... I wanted pricing on a lymphatic massage. But they told me I needed to come in for a consultation. I go in and have to pay $40 before I can go back and see someone for the consultation..... Once in a room I was told to take my clothes off and put a surgical bra and surgical underwear on so they can look at me. This is all before I can get even a price on a lymphatic massage. So then she asked me to go into a room because she needs to take pictures of me. This is again even before I can get a quote for a simple lymphatic massage as recommended by my SURGEON. . Just a simple lymphatic massage. So once the pictures are done, we go back in the room and she starts talking about me needing red light therapy and and some kind of sonogram therapy. Again all I went in there for was a simple lymphatic massage. I had surgery 8 days ago one of my drains had been removed by my doctor and I have 2 remaining drains and they leak fluid.. I couldn't sit down due to drainage coming from my tubes insertions.... I could not sit on a chair in there due to sanitary reasons. There was no offer to put a no leak pad on the chair so that I could actually sit down. So this whole time I was standing with back pain for an hour while she is "DOING A CONSULTATION" All my doctor required me to do is get a simple lymphatic massage. NOTHING MORE.... So once she started talking about red light therapy and giving me a price of $350 for one session.... I immediately called my doctor while I was in the room with this employee..... And I asked my doctor.... I said, hey, this place is trying to upcharge me with doing red light therapy and sonogram stuff and my doctor said, "ABSOLUTELY NOT....You are not supposed to get red light therapy, at this point in your recovery." I knew immediately that this place, it is not the place for me. I'm just giving you a warning. There are many more places that you can go to besides this place for services that you need. This place doesn't listen they just do not listen to the patients requests .... and they are more out to get money for offering things that they should not be offering or requiring things ..... than to do what the patient needs. And what the patient wants and what the patient asks for. And what the patients surgeon has asked for. You wasted my time today. You guys need to change your business practice and listen to what a patient wants verses what you are trying to upcharge. Your sales pitch of one visit for $350 or 10 visits for $2900 did not fly with me. Your lack of listening to my needs told me that something seriously needs to change in that office. I told my doctor's office to take your office off their list of recommended businesses that do lymphatic massages.... You guys are not doctors, so don't put your red light Therapy on me and recommend your red light Therapy on me on my fresh scarring. You are not doctors, so don't play Doctors. Just do a lymphatic massage when somebody asks for one. Again, just to recap, I went in for a lymphatic massage. I stood up the whole entire time in a room For about an hour AT LEAST ONE HOUR..... for a "CONSULTATION" until I was like, I can't do this anymore. I cannot stand here. I have drains with leakage coming out from them. I can't sit down on one of their chairs because my drains were draining fluid.. and this employee knew this but did nothing .... and she went on and on and on while she was sitting down..... and still would not give me pricing. And I had to finally tell her, after about an hour .... to go get my husband out of the truck, because I needed my phone to call my doctor to tell them that I did not feel comfortable with this place. And to confer with my doctor that it was not appropriate to be doing red light therapy on my fresh scars. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
