I had high hopes for this place. I made a reservation for mani and pedi's for 5 girls. They had one employee working on all 5 girls in an assembly line formation. The girls got bored after 30-45 minutes of waiting. I asked the "manager" about getting another person and she said "we just got swamped"... She said she would help out after checking out a party. There were two workers for the pedicures and that was the more enjoyable experience for the girls. I can understand them getting swamped but I specifically reserved the time, gave a down payment, and had mandatory gratuity. This was not a cheap experience and we definitely did not get what we paid for. read more

This place is absolutely horrible now it used to be better but now if you get a style they won't even brush through the kids hair , just when you ask them to brush it first they still don't, they supposedly can't do it unless a stylist is there which always has to be booked about 4- 5 hours in advance if they have anything available That weekend. I was a r hilarious but no customer appreciation here . How about the limousine party and went from the movie theater it's back-and-forth to Sweet and sassy and I've had several parties here but no customer appreciation in my mind. read more

I took my daughter to get a trim and had no idea I would get so much more. I chose to purchase the 'Sassy Cut' for $27.95 and was impressed. I would highly recommend KiKi as she starting off by listening to my concerns about my daughters' long, fine hair, and then gave me excellent ideas. KiKi then took her time giving an outstanding service, from the beginning to end. At the end, she topped it all off with a cute bun, a bow, and some glitter! I'm so glad I decided to give this place a try. I was hesitant to cut my daughters hair because well she is a toddler and she can be fussy at times. Appointment was at 2pm, got there early to sign in and take a look around the place. Friendly staff and cute store. Didn't wait too long and was greeted with the hair dresser, didn't get her name but she was very nice and sweet to my daughter. I told her I just wanted a trim, not to short. She listen to me and also gave me advise on what to do for my daughters hair. She made me feel at ease for how nice and knowledgeable she was. So than I sat my daughter on the chair and In front of her was a tv with lots of Disney movies to choose from. She just had a smile on her face. The hair cut was fast and easy and my daughter didn't even fuss at all. Hair cut was just what I asked and my daughter was happy. Such a nice experience! Friendly staff and knowledgeable. We have had nothing but the best experience at this location. My two daughters enjoy anytime they get to go to sweet and sassy. They had their ears re pierced here after being absolutely traumatized when they were younger by an ear piercing place in the mall. Both of the ladies that took care of them were absolutely amazing. It was quick and easy with no tears and the best part is they pierce both ears at the same time! They both also had their hair cut there multiple times and the stylists are so patient and kind. My little ones always leave with big smiles on their faces. I will continue to bring my money here because it's about my girls getting an experience they can't get at any other salon. read more

Went in for my two year old's first hair cut, it was already to her lower back so I wanted a few inches off. The stylist was amazing with her. My girl is every bit of a typical active toddler who moved quite a bit but the stylist never faltered and the hair cut came out perfect. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because our appointment was at 1 and even though we got there a few minutes earlier to settle in... we had to wait for the stylist, who was running 30-40minutes late. The wait was worth it because her haircut came out great, exactly like the picture we showed her. The staff was also very helpful and very good with my child. I would definitely recommend for hair cuts and hair dos for girls. read more

My toddler gets her haircut here all the time. My sisters toddler is a little boy and is terrified of haircut. The woman who is doing a haircut so she doesn't normally do boys hair and I pleaded with her that I don't care what it looks like as long as he has fun. She made it happen! He had fun and she was so friendly and we were both happy with his hair cut. It's priced so reasonably too! If you're not high maintenance I recommend the mommy and me haircut. This is where my whole family will be getting a haircut from now on :) read more

My daughter hazel went in for her first haircut. We paid for the "my first cut" service. My daughter is 3 and this was her first time in a salon. Upon arrival, there was a party going on and the music was way too load. You could not hear the tv on the wall that's how loud the music was. Kids were screaming and running around, which is no big deal, just hard to communicate with that stylist. My wife asked for a trim on the ends of her hair and to layer her hair. The stylist said she doesn't have enough time to layer her hair she has an appointment behind us. During the haircut she was not professional at all, she was not patient, she was yanking my daughters head around, upsetting her. It was very evident that she did not have the patients for this haircut or my daughter. She asked my wife to hold her head so she can cut her hair, which upset my daughter even more. My daughter left there cry and upset and telling me that lady hurt her. I have Taken my son to get his haircut and he's much younger than my daughter and the barbers there work with my son. There was a visible difference between the service of both places.I would Not take my dog to get a hair cut from that stylist or let alone let her shave my armpit. The overall experience sucked and would highly advise anyone who want to take their Daughter for a haircut, this should be your last stop. read more

I was so excited for the experience for my 6 year daughter to have on her birthday for this place. They greatly diminished after we got to the kingwood location. When we walked in10 mins prior to appt time no one acknowledged us like we where invisible. some of the worker stare at us with disappointment because they were ready to leave for the day. The appt was at 3pm . So another 10 mins went by no one still acknowledged us in the store all the worker was avoiding interaction with us. The one lady ask are you here for your appt and took my daughter back to begin her services. Keep in mind there was a party going on before us but all the employees was not working that party just standing around. Cleanliness of this location after each client is scary. The use the same tools on everyone for make up and pedicure.I did not see any sterilization of any of the tools,the place was a mess and professionalism and customer service was terrible. The person who did my daughter service was very sweet her name Lali . But I will not be back at this location. read more

Our special event was great at the beginning but took a turn for the worst when the next party came in. Another set of young ladies took over and they were rushing the girls and snappy with them. I paid for a specialty and it was not cheap so I expected better service. The gratuity was included so I could not do much about that extra cost. I recommend Katie & 1 other young lady(do not catch her name) but the others were disappointing. When I walked in, I was impressed how geared it was toward little girls. I was quite excited. However, it ended there. One hair stylist couldn't hardly talk, sounded like she had a mouth full of something and very unsure of herself. Another stylist asked why she was fixing to cut my daughter hair like that since we were planning to donate the hair. She then took over because she knew I was not having a warm feeling from the other stylist. I did appreciate that. Made small talk and even left a tip to be nice BUT today I am having to take my daughter elsewhere to get it fixed. Her hair is very visibly a longer length on one side than the other, very uneven. Honestly can say I will mostly likely never return for a haircut there. I might and I say that very loosely, might, return for something else. I'm just not seeing what all the hype has been with Sweet & Sassy ... very disappointed in the experience. read more
