The management company does run background checks on their applications; they have good tenants, residencial benefits, and. the staff has wonderful bedside manners, even the manager of the complexes, has conversation with you. In addition, the organization does run background check and credit checks. I just thought that would be important if there is somebody that might be looking for something that didn't have strick requirements. Now I have a closet that was sold to me as something I can change overtime to fit my needs, but no one will get back with me to help me with that. Do yourself a favor by saving time and money and just go get Closet Maid from your local hardware store and install it yourself. It will be much cheaper and you'll be able to actually change it around adding shelves or drawers without having to get this company involved.

However, I imagined it would be stacked and organized but it was used as a dumping ground. Lol I'm slowly working through it but its a disaster. Additionally, a lot of boxes were left on their sides instead of top or bottom.. I cannot figure out why, I'm just glad they didn't burst open before I found them and re-stacked them.
