I contacted Surface Masters for carpet cleaning after my recent adoption of a traumatized cat. she…read morehad used an area in my basement as a litter box for an extended period prior to me noticing. By the time I realized this, the carpet was so bad, I knew I was going to have to replace it. I couldn't afford replacement at the time so I thought I could get it professionally cleaned until I had the money for new carpet. I didn't believe the rep I spoke to when she assured me that they could clean the affected area and get the odor out. The carpet turned out great but I still planned on replacing it when the stains/odor returned. They never did. Surface Masters lived up to the promises and saved me over $1500! On top of that, their prices beat most of the competitors I contacted! I can't recommend them enough! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

We've spent hours going back and re-cleaning what she missed, and we're still not done. Some easy obvious stuff, my fiancee said repeatedly I can't believe she missed this. Julia seems honest and nice, I think her intentions were good, so the only explanation I can come up with is that she's not competent to do an unsupervised deep clean.

Green Tech completed a condo move out cleaning for me in Fort Walton Beach…read more Scheduling was easy, and the company's owner, Derrick, was accessible from the beginning to explain pricing and other details. Communication was excellent. Green Tech also schedules cleanings on Sundays, which was unique; no other company that I contacted could provide service on that day. The crew that performed the job conducted themselves very professionally, and they did a great job. The property manager for the unit was incredibly picky/hard to please, and requested that some items be addressed again. I contacted Derrick, and again he came to the rescue. He had the crew come back out again in less than 48 hours and corrected the outstanding issues. Derrick even wrote an email explaining the nature of "wear and tear" and use on various household finishes, as well as detailing the specific cleaning methods that were used. This was helpful in preventing the condo's owners from attempting to retain any of my security deposit. Green Tech went above and beyond the call of duty, and I give the company my highest recommendation.

I was on a conference call so I have a witness. Owner states one thing before getting your money and says another to defend lazy cleaning crew. After the cleaning lady left we discovered she had in missed two rooms. We completed an entire tour. I called and spoke to the owner the morning of and he said he was sending two people. However when the cleaning lady showed up she said one of her helpers called out sick and she was by herself. Another gentlemen showed up who is the owner's right hand man and he did an excellent job for the short time he could stay. He had to leave to do a carpet cleaning but he knocked out ceiling fans, our Florida room and a bathroom while she had only started one bathroom. My husband was disappointed that she was still here when he got home and he wasn't happy hearing me having to go back after her and have things cleaned that weren't touched. Her vacuum couldn't handle the pet hair and said the company was supposed to be upgrading. The cleaning lady was very nice but we think there could've been more efficient process of completing an entire room instead of going back-and-forth between rooms and missing several rooms.
