I had a few bad spots, thanks to our puppy, but Brian cleaned our carpet and even patched a few areas, and you can't even tell there is a patch. He did Awsome work. The initial crew was outstanding--knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. Timmy and William, in particular, were exceptional. Unfortunately, the positive experience ended there. Customer service, communication, and overall follow-through quickly deteriorated. On December 31, Ryan and another representative came out to conduct estimates and measurements, assuring me the report would be submitted to insurance within a few days. By January 25, I had received no updates or documentation. After contacting USAA, I learned they had not received anything either. When I followed up with Pro Clean, I was told, "There is no good reason it wasn't submitted, it just was not done," but was assured it would be expedited. I also left a voicemail for the CEO expressing serious concerns about how business was being handled and never received a response. Eventually, USAA received the estimate, but it contained duplicated line items and pricing discrepancies compared to the original assessment. This caused further delays while the adjuster waited for clarification from Pro Clean. A partial payment was eventually issued for deposits and materials. On March 12, I made the remediation and 50% deposit payment. On March 24, I followed up with my project manager regarding discrepancies identified by USAA and was told the information had been forwarded to Ryan on the estimating team. As of today, April 14, 2026, I still have a gutted master shower, no meaningful communication from Pro Clean, and no response to additional voicemails left for the CEO. This level of communication and customer service is unacceptable. As a military family, we have lived in multiple states and countries and worked with many companies. This has been, without question, the most frustrating and disappointing experience we have encountered. Zero stars. Avoid this company after initial water mediation.

I was on a conference call so I have a witness. Owner states one thing before getting your money and says another to defend lazy cleaning crew. After the cleaning lady left we discovered she had in missed two rooms. We completed an entire tour. I called and spoke to the owner the morning of and he said he was sending two people. However when the cleaning lady showed up she said one of her helpers called out sick and she was by herself. Another gentlemen showed up who is the owner's right hand man and he did an excellent job for the short time he could stay. He had to leave to do a carpet cleaning but he knocked out ceiling fans, our Florida room and a bathroom while she had only started one bathroom. My husband was disappointed that she was still here when he got home and he wasn't happy hearing me having to go back after her and have things cleaned that weren't touched. Her vacuum couldn't handle the pet hair and said the company was supposed to be upgrading. The cleaning lady was very nice but we think there could've been more efficient process of completing an entire room instead of going back-and-forth between rooms and missing several rooms.

I called the owner of Greentech to let him know for that price the hallway floors and fans should have been cleaned. He continued to talk over me and say they cleaned what they could in 4 hours which was the original quoted price of $400. He wouldn't even listen that we paid an extra $200 and the ladies said they would clean everything. He had a bunch of excuses yelled at me and wouldn't even listen. The service totaled ~$1500 and the carpet reinstal was horrendously bad. There were waves in one room, heights exceeding 1-2 inches that Duggins returned to fix. They also didn't stretch it at all according to another company I had fix their mess. Their end result was pulling up and shredding at the doorways and the pads were unevenly ripped, not cut and had to be replaced again by another company because the feeling was bad. I reached out to Duggins 3 times to fix this. The owner said they'd stand by their work and sent a new guy to fix the wavy carpet and then ceased responding and refuses to come to the phone when I call the company. They chose not to stand by their work or competently lay down a square of carpet /pad.
