I had a cleaning lady, Kia, who had been cleaning my 88 year old grandmother's apartment since April. In the beginning, I stressed how I wanted the same cleaner given her dementia. In August, Kia became non-responsive for weeks and left my grandmother and her disabled grandson without cleaning services. I finally contacted the owner and got back on schedule only for the owner to then cancel on the day of the cleaning. I called the owner and he said "he doesn't control their schedules" and that Kia said I "rescheduled too much" and that she could no longer clean my grandmother's apartment. I had to send him messages showing him why I believed this was not the true reason and he did apologize saying he wasn't sure what was going on. When I thought about it (because I didn't know why she all of a sudden stopped coming) I realized in the last two visits I started paying her for one hour of work. I usually paid her for two hours because the services used to be 2 hours, then 1 1/2 hours, to 1:15, to 1 hour. When I realized it was an hour, I started paying her for the time worked because my grandmother is on a fixed income and cleaning is an expense she cannot afford but must have. I still tried to work with the owner to get a new cleaner as soon as possible. He told me he would contact me the Tuesday after Labor Day weekend and he failed to follow up. I had to secure a new company with no notice after they left my grandmother without cleaning services for over a month.

They did not fulfill their obligations and our gutters still overflowed. We had to do the job ourselves. We were misinformed. We were misled. And then they lied to us. To date, they have not made a good faith effort to rectify the issue. Ironic, since their website promises to "provide the best customer service from beginning to end." Consider a more professional company that will do a complete job ... for a lot less money too. As further evidence, this is how All Season Gutters describes itself on its website: "A+ Ratings at the BBB." Actually, if you check the Better Business Bureau website, you'll find that All Season Gutters is not affiliated with the BBB, and has a rating of C+, not A+ as the company claims. This is what is said about such a low rating: "C+ through C- means that there are significant issues with the company's practices and you should proceed with caution if you choose to do business with them." Don't trust these guys.

Do not recommend as follow up is slow or nonexistent. Update - the quote was 1100 for mulch only when I had asked for updates to remove items as the creeping juniper did not meet what I had asked for - pricing doubled. This is less then 2.5 yards of mulch. When I asked for clarification owner did not reply and only offered a time to connect when I was not available. No taxes ever got discussed (screenshot of text attached - cash payment can be different with credit card charges - it is not illegal to ask this). Due to my lack of confidence during the quoting process I found a great company to use instead of this one!

Communication with Dan and this business has been smooth and professional. The scheduled window of time I expected someone to arrive was between 8 and 10am. I received a message just before 7am that Dan would arrive at 8:30, which was indeed his arrival time. We did a house walkthrough and discussed what rooms needed cleaning and what needed done. Dan brought his own equipment and steam sanitized my floors, and cleaned throughout. This was a preliminary deep cleaning appointment and unfortunately his helper called off, but wow, this guy is a workhorse. In just a few hours he cleaned my house top to bottom and left things in good order. Floors look great, surfaces all look cleaned well, I'm very very pleased. The only area lacking was dusting (only noted in my bedroom) but I had a lot of clutter and we didn't discuss that. Overall a great job, I have no hesitation about having this business clean for me in the future and im waiting to schedule future appointments as I write this.

I called and the owner confirmed he missed it on his schedule. We made another appointment with an arrival time from 12-2. They showed up at 11:30 called twice and then left. When I finally got the message at 12:05 they refused to come back or reschedule me in time for my event I needed the cleaning for. The absolute worst customer service and experience ever. Edit to the response below- We have an email confirmation of the first appointment. When I called, YOU YOURSELF confirmed you messed up your schedule so don't go back on your word now. Also YOU incorrectly thought our appointment was today at 10-12 which is why you showed up EARLY. My mother's call log has 2 missed calls and a voicemail staying we are late for our 10-12 appointment. I never agreed to 10-12 as I already had a standing appointment at 10. At 12:03 you sent a picture text message saying you were leaving which now makes sense because you can't keep track of your own schedule. Then when I finally get ahold you, you realize your time was wrong and say the appointment was 12-2 and you have a "5 minute waiting period". Don't lie and think customers won't leave you bad reviews.
