She is very dependable, independent, and resourceful. She works very hard and we have referred several neighbors and friends to use her services. She typically brings one or two assistants with her for the first cleaning, which will take hours to achieve her standard of cleanliness. From then on, that is the level that you can depend on with each cleaning appointment. She also has gone into commercial cleaning and has a professional grade steam and pressure cleaner. She used it on our light tan bedroom carpet last winter to get a huge amount of blood after my dog was attached by a large dog that bit off half her ear. It took two applications but every bit of dried blood came out. That saved us several thousand dollars to replace the carpet. Bottom line, please give her company a try one time, and you will continue with her for a long time. RSH and KGH, Mechanicsburg, PA

I do not recommend this business because they rip off their customers... they exaggerate the amount…read moreof time it will take to finish the work to over charge. Nour Gamal said cleaning my empty basement would take 4-5 hours and charged me $350... but when she came to clean she was done in less than two hours ( by herself!) but still insisted on being paid as if she had worked the full four hours. She then gave me a bunch of nonsense that she cleans twice as fast as everyone else! If you hire this company do not agree to a set price with the promise that it will take a certain amount of time... insist on paying their cleaners by the hour only! I will never hire them again!

Jason and his partner were also the most available, so we went ahead and asked them over to give us a quote. The price was very fair, so we asked them to do the work right then and there. An hour later our gutters were clean and they disposed of the mess! Several things impressed us about their business. First, their professionalism, cleanliness and eagerness to work. Second was the very fair price. The third thing is something they did not do. My wife and I were considering having covers installed on our gutters so as to eliminate the need to have them cleaned once or twice each year. When we asked Jason about the benefits of covers, I was expecting to get railroaded into a much more expensive situation. But Jason did the opposite, he told us why we are better off NOT installing covers. That showed some integrity in my opinion. I definitely plan to keep calling Fresh Start.

Things deteriorated quickly when all my personal belongings (marked to be saved) were thrown out. It took another 6 weeks of nothing happening to finish the inside demolition. My project manager was not always responsive and difficult to meet. Always an excuse as to why he could not be there. They asked for draws which were indicated on the contract but work was not done. They missed their deadline of completion and stated another date for completion. Due to things going on I have lost faith in their company and believe they are floating my money while working on other projects. Meanwhile my home is far from finished. I am determined that this will not happen to another widowed women with insurance money. I believed them when they said they could help and that was a big mistake.
