From the moment I walked in and was greeted by Pat, I had a fantastic visit. I immediately noted that spa smell, you know essential oils and clean, love it. I was not rushed at all, and walked through each part of the experience since it was my first time there. You have a private room with your infrared sauna and vitamin c shower, there are towels for you and other essentials. Perfect, and cozy. If you'd like there is television with streaming services - I opted to just relax with soft melodies over the speakers inside the sauna. There is a cold plunge option as well as a beauty bar, & water bottle filling station. The only thing I'd prefer - is more space I like to lay down & couldn't do that without bending my knees (I'm 5'6) That would not discourage me from returning!! This is a treat I recommend, it's so good for you and I'm glad to have found it. Make some time for YOU, book a visit.

Whoo-hoo! I feel like a million bucks! I signed up for the introductory special, which is a great deal. Pat was working there, and he was very helpful and friendly, gave a great explanation of all the procedures and options, and never once pushed me to buy anything other than what I came in for. The place was spotlessly clean... you get your own private sauna and shower room, and they have thought of everything: There are different colored lights for different experiences, a TV, spa music, internet connection, a little cubby in the sauna so your phone won't get overheated if you bring it in there, makeup remover, shower caps and hair ties, deodorant, Vitamin C in the shower water, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face wash, and a lovely cold cloth infused with your choice of aromatherapy. The only thing you need to bring is moisturizer, sunscreen, and a water bottle. I love saunas, but this was my first infrared sauna, and I wasn't sure what to expect compared to a regular Finnish sauna. Other than the fact that you can't pour water on rocks, it felt very similar - toasty warm and comforting. I would say I actually sweated a lot more in the infrared, and the bench and floor wasn't burning hot to the touch like a Finnish sauna. I did a long session, cool shower, then a short session and another shower. I felt great, but there was more to come! I chose the recovery room over the cold plunge, and had a 25-minute hydro-massage with red-light therapy. Then I spent a little time in the back sprucing myself up. They have hair dryers including a diffuser for wavy/curly girls, a curling iron, and another red light device out there. I love that it was clean, quiet, and private so I could really relax, meditate, and come out refreshed and renewed. I look forward to going again!

So kind of difficult to express concerns, dissatisfaction, or ask questions. Yes, I have used the app in the past. I have since replaced my phone (reset apps), have multiple apps from multiple providers, and honestly it's difficult to keep them all straight. Expecting me to only communicate through an app and never receiving even one phone call back from my voicemails is just more confirmation of my position. At no point was it explained to me that I will now have to send in paperwork to insurance myself. It seems like the front desk person could've easily expressed that to me, instead of just repeating "payment is due at time of service". I was also never given any notice about being able to keep you as my doctor, I was just sent to a new Dr without notice. Yes, I was recently finally prescribed HRT, after two separate rounds of trying botanicals (and expressing that they didn't work, which both sets of my labs supported), and demanding it in my last visit. I really do appreciate finally receiving a response, even though I had to go to this extreme to get it. I too am hurt by the lack of care and communication, as I have been a responsible long time patience. Also very disappointed that the response takes zero responsibility for poor basic office communication. I will be requesting my medical records and seeking care elsewhere.

It's noon on a Thursday so I got the whole place to myself. The only things I would say needs improvement is none of the lockers had functioning or working keys/locks so I couldn't safely secure my personal items and I had some anxiety about leaving my items in the women's room unsecured. Another issue was the shower faucet took a few minutes to warm up and I wasn't warned about it so I fiddled with it so much at first that I just ended up taking a cold shower. It just would have been a good idea if they just told me how to turn on the faucet and to wait a few minutes for the warm water to kick in, when they gave me the tour. And the button for the body wash kept popping off. So just some minor things need updating. The steam room was fantastic tho! I love the mix of eucalyptus. It really helped my stuffy sinuses. The hot tub is amazing! I love how the seats kinda cradle your butt. I usually have a hard time in hot tubs cuz they push me off the seat. But not with this design! It's wonderfully made and I love the stars and candles. I didn't think it'd use the "cool plunge " but once I realized it wasn't cold it was much needed after over heating myself from the steam room and hot tub. I didn't think I would enjoy the UV room but I actually did! It was very relaxing. The hot tea and snacks are also a bonus. Just a very well done business idea and something I've been looking for. I think the price is more than reasonable for what you're getting. I'll be back! I did mention a couple of my concerns with the staff and it sounds like they do plan on getting new locks in the future so I really hope they live up to that because they have you sign a wavier that basically says they are not liable for stolen items. I have trust issues and have had things stolen out of lockers in my past so this is kind of a big concern of mine that I just hope they can fix quickly. Thanks again Santé spa! You have a new fan. I'm coming back with friends and or family next time!

I have been a member for about 6 months and really have enjoyed my time. Pros: -Women's locker room doesn't feel super dated. That was honestly a big reason I went with this gym, it was one of the few with a sauna/steam room that weren't disgusting. -Equipment/facility is generally in good condition and clearly proper upkeep is done. -Staff is kind and instructors seem to really care. Special shout out to Genevieve and Janet! -Yoga/pilates room is new and beautiful -This is a bit of a silly one but I love the room that used to be for bikes is now available for those who want a quieter space to work out if the other room has a class going on. Cons: -The class options for before/after normal work hours are incredibly limited. I am more of a class person and have been consistently disappointed with how few options there are. Generally, I think the gym caters to retirees/those who don't work a traditional 9-5 schedule. -Gym area is rather small. This definitely is more of a tennis club and the footprint of the area with fitness equipment is small in comparison to other gyms in the area. I have never had too much trouble waiting for equipment but when it's busy, it can feel cramped.

Family fun and worry/sunburnt-free!…read more These days I'm all about finding that perfect balance between work, spending time with loved ones, while enjoying activities. That's why I'm obsessed with this new find in the Southwest community! This neighborhood community center has cool activities like two indoor pools. One is designated for laps- 9 feet deep and the other includes a wading pool with slide, up to 4 ft and 6 inches at the deepest. I also love that there is a shower and lockers open for use so you can clean up before heading to the pool. The kids seem to absolutely love it - there are tons of other families with little ones. Open pool time is ~ 2-4pm, go early so you can get in. There's a capacity limit, our visit happened to be 75. If want to make it, BE THERE EARLY. Can not stress this enough. It is not the staff's fault if you can not get in. There are standards for a reason. You do not want to be cooped up in a space where it can not accommodate for more than what's expected. You also want to keep in mind that there are lifeguards to look out for everyone's safety and well being, so please be mindful of that as well! There are also other parts of the center to enjoy, such as an indoor basketball gym, rollerskating sessions, aqua aerobics, gym, and even dancing. It's the perfect blend of family-friendly fun and adult-approved relaxation. If you're looking for a place with a strong sense of community, stunning scenery, and a pool that's basically its own mini-vacation destination, then this is your spot! Totally recommend it! P.S. I booked a massage and received a call about an hour or so before that they needed to push my massage back because of the person before me being late. I said no problem, I prefer later, let's go with it. They then called me back and said they moved it back up to 3pm.. at this point they should have left it. It's unprofessional to go back and forth and be calling me 3 times during my work day for another client who is late. The massage room itself was small, but nice, but definitely needs a place for people to put their clothes and phone/stuff. The massage therapist said I could put my stuff on his chair but that felt odd. The message itself was... Jerky and while we had 90 minutes, it was really fast strokes and made it not relaxing at all. He never worked on my neck and shoulders while I was face up which is odd since I mentioned they were an area of focus I wanted. They also don't do the hot wet towels on your back to wipe off excess oil. I was not impressed when I left with so much oil on my feet I was sliding around and my car seat had residual massage oil when I got out. The man who gave me a massage awkwardly ended it by saying, "okay, that's it". And walking out. No, I'll meet you outside or we'll have tea for you... completely abrupt and odd. I walked out after dressing and the front desk lady was nice enough but said she didn't know I wa done and was going to go get me water and snacks. The massage is timed, so she should know when it's done... but it was a nice gesture and it's a good touch if executed better. Unfortunately I felt so uncomfortable at this point I paid and left. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi is so spotty, down more often than not, that I can't imagine being able to do any kind of work from the club. This also makes it challenging to use any kind of app which requires Wi-Fi in order to track your progress when you're lifting. The second reason I dropped my star rating was because there are a number of machines, for example the large cable machine in the main workout area, that are missing most of their weight stickers. Unless you are familiar with the weight progression of that specific machine, you are guessing at what weight you are actually lifting. Final issue, the attachments for the cable machine over in the room which has the Astroturf are very worn. A few are missing the rings to even connect and people have tied knots into the strap in order to make it work. These may seem minor but for the price you pay for a membership plus the sign-up fee, I would expect these little things to be easily taken care of.
