An employee busy with another customer called another out from the back and a tall guy in a blue tee came out -completely disinterested in helping. I asked if something was available and he yawned and yawned and stretched his arms out in the air and shook his head again and again: didn't even speak - just shook his head. Chris has been rude about not having batteries in stock and has no care to offer any help. For batteries that are more common they should have plenty in stock. This issue has been going on for over a year. Don't rely on the battery replacement from this place. read more

I was shopping in your store in the Galleria in mid- March. My friend from Argentina was visiting and wanted to go to your store. We found it easily and were greeted by Terrence and Cristian, and we immediately felt comfortable. My friend wanted to replace the batteries in two watches and wanted to buy a new wristband for watches bought in Europe. The two employees immediately went about helping her select a new wristband and even polished the watch face , removing several scratches. They replaced the batteries very quickly, all the while making this a pleasant experience. The young men, Terrence and Cristian, were very helpful and professional. By far the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. I think the people I was working with were Sam and Christian? Never met people that were rude and not meant to be working. Jesus Christ. They laughed at me and ridiculed me for asking regular questions along with being randomly mean and not wanting to be working. It felt like a bunch of guys playing around in the store that get mad when someone walks in for business. I don't know how this entire team is still hired. Terrible customer service. Buncha dudes just hanging out and seemed really annoyed that I walked in the store in the first place. I came in to see if they had a watch bc my mom called them and they had said they had the watch she wanted. They told me they didnt have it so I was confused because she just got off the phone with them. Anytime i would ask a question they'd give me an attitude and just say "nah" so I would ask for clarification if they carried the watch brand/model or if they were just out of stock. And two of the guys gave me mad attitude. Least you could do is tell me when yall restock, give me any information at all or offer alternatives. But instead they gave me attitude as if they dont want any business. I totally understand if they truly didnt have the watch I wanted, I was just really turned off with the lack of customer service. I have been going to the store weekly to buy one of the new Swatch Omega watches. They show the different models on the window but seldom do they get stock. I was very excited when the young salesman told me they had 3 in stock, the brown model. My wife had my wallet so I asked him to put one away for me, which he said he would. When I returned to purchase, and now I wanted 2. 1 for my son and one for myself. My son just became a doctor and I wanted to give him a gift for his achievement. Unfortunately, along with who appear to be a manager, said the now had none. A shame you can not trust any of these guys. Oh well, buy other makes and forget Swatch. Very bad experience still deciding what to do about how my civil rights were violated. Never was able to buy the watches. I came in because I saw the XMan banner & I'm a loyal fan of the comic. I am a very indecisive person when it comes to jewelry, Abel was amazing. He literally knows everything about these watches & answered every single question I had. He let me try all of the watches at once & helped me compare them on a tray as well. Last Saturday 6:00 pm Went to get my watch looked and was told i needed a new band, i thought it just needed a pin of some sort and i was reluctant at first to get a new band because i just didnt agree ... till i met Heather, she explained everything and very nicely pulled out an arrangement of bands. I felt comfortable after that and had the band changed out. I paid, and just then, her and another associate brenton said i needed a new battery, they proceeded to change it and i said to hold it because i hadnt paid for that. Heather continued and said its a service thats free of charge. Brenton put my old band in a bag said thank you and i left smiling and happy my watch was fixed. This happened three days ago, but im writing this now because of how really great service stays on a customers mind, especially when im staring at my watch : ). I dont doubt these two will land successful careers based on their character, and Swatch would be wise to do what they can to retain them. Thank you. Happy New Year ! read more

I went to replace the batteries of my two Swatches. They did a great job. Abel was informative, helpful and great to deal with. I ended up buying a set of "Nostalgia Series" Pop-Swatches :) They usually have the latest models, I just wish they carried more of the jewelry line as well like the airport shop. Oh, forgot to mention. Park in the Red Garage to get to Swatch the quickest. read more

So, let me preface that I'm a swatch collector. I currently have about 14 swatches. I LOVE the design and product. I went to the Houston Galleria store last week for some buckle pin replacements for three of my swatches. They commonly break after a few years of heavy use. The staff member I was dealing with acted so annoyed with my problem. He made it clear he didn't want to help me. I told him I was "okay" with whatever color he had. Keep in mind, these watches are primarily black. When he started to replace my buckle pins, guess what color he chooses?...WHITE! I then asked him, "Is that the only color you have?" This bro asshole says, "You told me you didn't care what color!" I mean really, that's all you had...? He clearly wanted to put out the LEAST amount of effort to help me, and I'm collector who has spent over $2,000 on Swatch product. Now, in the past, Swatch employees have done whatever it takes to help me maintain the integrity of the product. They would consult me and make sure I was happy with the solution. They would even order what I needed, polish my faces, and provide new batteries. Instead, I left with unsightly white buckle pins on black watches...a total eye sore for a Swatch. It's clear to me that they don't uphold the customer service that they used to in the past. Maybe I should find another watch to collect? read more

I would like to offer my highest praises on the amazing customer service I received in the past week from both the Customer Service department at Swatch US corporate and Christian at the Swatch Store at the Galleria in Houston, TX. My story is this: I had ordered an accessory for my husband's Jeep for father's day. Less than a week before father's day, he decided to trade in his Jeep for a new one. The accessory would no longer work and I was stuck without a gift! He had a specific model Swatch on his wish list. I went to your site to order it, but found that it would not arrive in time because I could not change the shipping method. When I called your 800 number to inquire why I could not have it shipped faster, it was explained to me that your US distribution center was closed due to COVID-19 and that you are only shipping from Switzerland. However, at my request, your customer service agent volunteered to find the Swatch for me in stock at a US retail store known to be open. That is when he gave me the contact information for the store at the Houston Galleria. I called the store and spoke to Christian. Not realizing the time difference, I called before they had opened, but Christian couldn't have been nicer. He told me he believed the Swatch to be in stock and promised to call me back, which he did less than 2 hours later. Christian told me he would bring the Swatch to UPS himself! He shipped it 2-day air at my request and the Swatch made it in time for Father's Day! Swatch and Christian saved the day and made my husband extremely happy! Rarely have I experienced such stellar personal customer service! I would recommend Swatch to everyone. We will definitely be purchasing again in the future! And please, I hope you do something to recognize Christian for his service! read more

The workers there are very patient and understanding. I took about two hours with my girlfriend to find watches for both of us, and the worker was always ready to help pick watches and strap combinations. A few months later, my swatch unexpectedly died so I walked in, claimed my two year warranty, and everything was good. I love this watch, it's comfortable and tells the date which is awesome. The only downside is the watch is a little loud, but i got used to it and now i like the ticktocks. read more
