Neither gentleman knew me from Eve ; ) . Josh didn't have to do this at all. Received a text, as Bobby was introduced by Josh. Both of these young men have proven that they know what they're doing. They do it without any drama in excuses. No return fixes were necessary. I may be mistaken as my CRS is sneaking it's way into my evening, over a month has lapsed...magnificent effort in carpentry skills & diligence by both have certainly exceeded my expectations. I was happy with first visit…read more Then two weeks later I tried scheduling a 2nd visit and they abruptly stop texting with me when tried to confirm they cost they quoted me for that was the same. Then a few days later they abruptly contacted me as if they'd not stopped nor there was any delay. They agreed to the previously quoted cost. I figured I'd give them a chance and scheduled a day late in the afternoon per their request. I had to take time off work to be at home that day. I texted them when I got home and they said ok. Just over an hour later they did not want to come out at all and wanted to schedule me for the next day. I told them no, I had to make up time at work and I was busy that weekend. They never contacted me back.

All the estimates we got said they could match the brick no problem. Michael said later he couldn't get the orange brick and would we mind if the repair was done with just yellow brick. It was a small patch so we agreed. Then when we saw the work he used a different non-matching brick. It's a completely different type of brick and the color doesn't match. He claimed he never said he would use the same brick. That we had misunderstood him. Or he had misunderstood us. who would agree to have brick work done with none matching brick? He said he couldn't get our brick. I went inside and within 5 minutes had found our brick about 4 miles away and in stock. He kept boasting about having a degree in brick work from denmark. I'd ask for proof of this. "That which is asserted without proof can be dismissed without proof".
