He said they'd look at it and see what they could do, but came up with every legitimate reason why it would have warped. I was getting ready for battle. Steve, the owner, emailed me after inspecting the board and told me that EESG and the manufacturer, Riviera, would stand by the product and give me a new board. I couldn't have been more satisfied. I contacted this business on Yelp and Jerry was super responsive. I decided to go down to Main Street (I avoid this area like the plague bc it's so busy) but it was well worth the trip. His booth is inside a building with multiple businesses and his is on the left side about halfway in. It was a Saturday so it was busy. He was so friendly, personable and honest. He cut the anklet, added the clasp and it came out very good. He finished within 25 min or so while I waited. I loved giving my business to this small business and nice guy. Thank you!
