The job was was finally finished (sort of) after several months. There were several days when nobody would show up to do the work (I'm not including the weekends). After several phone calls, e-mails, etc., the screens are still torn without being compensated or replaced. Facia was blown off making it a hazard to residents at the location. Pictures of this were sent as requested and still, no returned phone calls. A call was made to another Contractor to make the repair for safety purposes. In all actuality, a one star rating is high. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this business.

I have to agree with other reviewers. This company, its owner in particular, is horrible,…read moreunethical and belligerent to customers. Windor did the original window install on our home and then some warrantee replacement work for some Anderson windows that had failed. Anderson was great but Windor completely screwed up the install, cut through the house wrap and the the plywood underlayment and then just covered it up with a trim board with no weatherproofing. When we told the owner that behind the trim boards there is just a hole and no weather protection he actually cursed at my husband, telling him he was "(expletive) stupid" and that is how it is done in the window business. Of course that is not true, this practice does not meet building codes. When we refused to release payment from the escrow account when we were purchasing our home, the jerk sued the little elderly widow we were buying our home from! We released the funds just to keep her out of court. We worked with Anderson directly for the rest of the warrantee work, but we are on the hook to repair the damage that Windor did to our home ourselves. Unbelievable that they are still in business. Please, go anywhere else.

I informed him of the 10 am appointment time, to which he explained they were short-handed and apologized for the delay. When I questioned why I hadn't been notified of the delay, he mentioned he thought someone else would have contacted me. I then informed him that I was not interested in their services and asked him to leave my property. I share this experience in the hope that it will help others avoid wasting their time as I did.

On a Saturday in May of this year, Billings, MT received a substantial hail storm that pounded my house and devastated our lush landscaping. The next morning after church, my family and I were in the yard picking up debris, mending damaged foliage, and trying to assess the damage. We were all in funk due to the trauma of having so much damage to our home. Along came Dustin Swaggerty, an employee of yours, who I deemed a 'Storm Chaser' the first time I met him. It didn't take long for me to appreciate this young man and consider trying to steal him away from Aspen for my own business. So here we are on a Sunday in May, and Dustin is up on my roof the day after the storm. He noticed a damaged skylight that would then be a place for water to enter my home and cause further damage should it rain. By mid-afternoon of that very day, my skylight was waterproofed with a tarp thanks to Dustin. It remained so until the new custom skylight could be manufactured and installed roughly two months later. It rained many times during that period, yet it never leaked. Due to the issues with locating my skylight then having it custom built, it took a while for Aspen to actually fix my roof. During this period, Dustin would call, text and email as to the status of the replacement skylight so I never had to ask or wonder about the status of my roof being completed. Dustin also worked directly with my insurance company and brought to their attention numerous items they had missed, as well the need for a more expensive skylight than they had figured. Money was deposited into my account and I received emails from Dustin explaining why even before my insurance company gave me a heads up. Outstanding! Once work began on my home, the crew was in and out in less than two days. On top of that, they were friendly & polite, without a single word of bad language. They cleaned up so well before they left, you wouldn't know they were even there. Your service, workmanship, and employees are exemplary and I wanted to express my gratitude for making a devastating situation so much better. You can't have great employees without great leadership. Chris Berry was understanding and genuine in wanting to help us with our roof. Their estimate was very reasonable and Ben, the manager, came out and visited with us to let us know all of our options. I'm incredibly happy to say our new roof was installed today! Chris, Ben, another Chris, and the entire Aspen staff took exceptional care of us and were in constant communication with us, and their crew was courteous, efficient, and very thorough in their clean-up, I highly recommend them!

Horrible experience!!…read more Roof work was started August 2020 but it took months to complete. Owner of this company is VERY RUDE and does not take any responsibility for the shabby workmanship and /or damages his workers have caused. As we were VERY unhappy with the repairs we asked the owner to come out and do a walk through to see all of our concerns regarding the project and basically walked around and told us "not his problem " and when I asked if he had seen the email of the pictures (see attached) and list of concerns i sent him WEEKS before his answer was; YA!! and not another work. Other examples. Had people come over to our home whiteout any notice. Never said; sorry my crew ruined your siding, furniture, decking, flowers and gutters. Owner just did not care. Removed and replaced 3 skylight windows on the roof and when I requested him to seal the window's on the in side he told me that was not there job!! When he asked for his last $20,000.00 we held back until the work was complete, but instead of correcting issues and completing the work he threatened to turn us into the credit bureau and his attorney. We canceled the Siding and Window installation work. BEWARE!! Worst experience We have ever gone through with a contractor.
