During the party, guests kept asking me where I found her as they were amazed at the beauty and detail of her face painting art. Although they were patient and even helped fix parts of my paintings, I always felt dependent on them. Once I left class, I didn't know how to continue on my own, and my paintings never had the confidence or impact I wanted. Ms. Mou completely changed that. She demonstrates techniques but never paints for her students. Instead, she teaches you how to think like an artist, encouraging you to develop your own style. She guided me through paintings I never thought I could create, and now many of my finished pieces proudly hang on the walls of my home. After seeing my own progress, I transferred both of my children to Ran's Art Studio. The biggest surprise was my son. He is very talented but also very opinionated and difficult to teach. He had worked with several teachers and even private instructors, yet had reached a plateau and rarely accepted guidance. During his trial class with Ms. Mou, he looked at the painting assignment and immediately said, "There's no way I can paint that." Ms. Mou simply smiled and said, "Follow my process, and you can." A few hours later, he had finished a painting that amazed even himself. On the way home, he told me, "Mom, I want to keep learning from this teacher." That was the moment I knew we had found the right teacher. My daughter has also grown tremendously. Her artwork has become much more sophisticated, and she has gained confidence in expressing her own creativity. What I admire most is that Ms. Mou never asks students to copy her. Even in group classes, every student creates something unique. She encourages independent thinking, creativity, and personal expression while building strong artistic skills. There is nothing called I pay two months, and telling me one of the months are a deposit. Of course they will do anything to take that money. The fine print on their policies is ridiculous. Second Alarm, I had planned a trip called in there always no one to talk to. You have to do any communication through email. Let them know ahead of time that Both children won't be able to attend. They offered me another day for makeup. After two weeks, I had a conflict of schedule due to an emergency. I sent an email requesting help, to have them switch the children to a different day. I get a long email about their policy. And they will NOT do a makeup for them. THEY ENEDED UP TAKING THE MONEY FOR THE CLASS WITHOUT PROVIDING SERVICES. My problem is the kids were going here for 3 month. They learned nothing. THIS PLACE IS ALL ABOUT HOW TO STEAL PARENTS MONEY. They stole the deposit under the umbrella of policies, took they money for the classes I had emailed and said I have emergency, and can't have them make it. Don't recommend this place for parents.
