Let's be clear, Luxottica owns sunglasse hut and ray-ban. Took them to both this location and in Troy, the guy there really screwed up the frames even more trying to melt them. The staff just was spitting out that they can't take returns on custom frames. Spent $300 and could not wear my custom frames. They did nothing to correct this. As one would expect, they also sell glasses-related items and I stopped in recently to purchase some lens cleaning cloths. The only thing that can be considered a negative is that pretty much everything sold here is at the upper end of the price spectrum, but I suspect that's the trade off for the convenience.

I am a squeamish patient, and the doctor here knew just how to handle my issues. I hate getting my eyes dilated, and when she did it, it was no problem at all! I came back to return the ones I bought May 18 and had my receipt with proof that I payed $175.42 for the sunglasses but they would only refund me $101. The man who sold me the sunglasses split a buy one get one 50% off even though I told him not to and added some of it to my purchase leaving me with somehow paying $175.42 for my sunglasses and only getting $101 back. Sammie at the hut was very unhelpful and clearly didn't want to return them whatsoever even though I have the receipt matching my card and the bank statement on my phone. We asked if there was a manager override to help us out with the return and Sammie stated that she was the standing manager position but somehow had no authority to make the return. She even went as far as trying to convince me to sell them on marketplace or even saying she can give in store credit only.

Much more than a market, it has amazing amenities- all community centered, which should serve as a model for other cities. One could shop for staples, sit down or take away meals, and a few home decor/kitchen items as well. I spent $$ I wasn't intending to on teas and a fabulous vinegar & am NOT SORRY !
