I came to this location after receiving awfully rude service from the staff at the SVS Vision center on Hayes. I was pleasantly surprised to find that this is the best optic center I've been to. When I called to make an appointment, I spoke to Andrue and he booked me a spot for the next day! After my exam, Andrue wrapped up my appointment and even looked up specific frames that I wanted to buy. Andrue is an impeccable optician and made the whole process very easy for me. Dr. Webb is a wonderful, up-beat optometrist and radiates positivity within the clinic as well. I almost want to be a regular just because the staff is so great at making conversation, and are all so kind. I never thought I would have such a great time getting my eyes checked. It was easy to make appointments online & when I needed to change them, the woman I spoke to was friendly and helpful. The office is bright, clean, and inviting. This was my daughter's first eye exam & the doctor did a wonderful job of setting her at ease. All her directions were clear, her msnner was kind, and she explained everything thoroughly. Amanda showed us where to start with kids' frames, then pulled some frames for me while my daughter tried picked hers out. It was actually a fun process choosing new glasses. SVS Chesterfield; I purchased two pairs of glasses over a year ago. The staff was courteous and help me find the kind of glass I wanted. The doctor gave me a through examination and prescribed the perfect prescription for me. I am very happy with the glasses I purchased. I recently had a slight accident and had to take my glasses in for a repair. The staff was friendly, professional, and courteous. They all wore masks that covered over their noises. The entire staff is wonderful. They are friendly and funny. This is the second year I choose to go back there. Being from a family that all must have glasses. From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted with smiles and kindness. They take the time to show you all different styles that you may or may not like. All the while having fun while doing it. They take the time to talk to you and make you feel comfortable there. Lets be honest, the glasses are not the cheapest you can find. I went to SVS Chesterfield a year ago. Thank God I did because Dr. Webb found an eye condition that required specialty care. He referred me to the right doctor and I've been receiving the proper care since. I returned there recently and was treated extremely well. Dr. Webb took time to review all that happened with my eye care and was very patient. Then Billy helped me to find an awesome pair of glasses all the while making it a very enjoyable experience. I really like the new doctor I saw. Dr. Schneider was very nice and thorough. I was treated with kindness and respect from the office staff. Ebony was great!! It's a difficult time right now in businesses that require close contact and I was impressed! And I swear I see better now than I ever have! The Dr. also made a suggestion for a glaucoma specialist since I have glaucoma warning signs. Svs will have the other office give me a call. They made everything very clear and simple!! The Chesterfield location is top notch. The DO was very knowledgeable took her time with my exam after I explained my issues with my eyes. I felt she did a fantastic job making sure I had the best care/exam possible . The customer service representative who served me made sure that my new pair of glasses would be fitted properly and even brought an manager in to verify the fitting as I have a lazy left eye to complicate matters. I haven't been for an eye exam in quit some time, the exam was thorough and questions were asked that pertained to me, not just generic questions. Got me out in a timely fashion. I worked with Ebony, she's awesome!! We were talking about our kids as we looked through the frame choices, she's great with helping find the right frame and look for your face. All of the staff were so pleasant! The doctor was great! She explained my contact options since I now need them for distance and reading. Ebony was great to work with to get my order together. She was very knowledgeable as well. I was worried that I might not be able to try on frames because of COVID, but you can! You try them on and then put them in a basket and the staff will sanitize them and put them back on the shelf! read more

Had a great experience! We usually go to the Hayes location and have always had a wonderful experience there, too (the staff there is so warm and personable), but we live much closer to the Gratiot location, so we decided to give it a try. The staff here was just as personable and caring, and as hard as it is to leave where we've gone for years, the Chesterfield location is just as great and much more convenient. read more

When we walked in we were immediately greeted by Billy. He was amazing at his job and so very helpful for all three of us! He has a great sense of fashion and a great sense of humor! I have 2 children single mom and one source of income. The remaining cost of the glasses was out of my budget but the staff Billy, assured I could take my time and the prescription would be on file for a few months. Very good experience. Everything was perfect as far as appointment time, eye exam, the choosing of frames and contacts. The doctor answered all my questions and Amanda who worked with me for my new glasses was outstanding. Helped me choose about 7-8 pair to try on and made sure I get one that looks and fits the best. Really poor service! Did not call when my contacts came in ... gave me crap when I requested that the glasses I had bought from them be adjusted !!!! (Did you BUY them here? HOW LONG AGO?) Really!!! I asked for this adjustment when I was there for an appointment, not a walk in. When I asked to speak to the manager, surprise, surprise, she is "not in" today! read more

All of the staff was very nice. The young lady who waited on me was great. She helped me find the pair of frames that I am very happy with. We laughed and had a very good visit.
