Sound Space and its incredible founder Nick is amazing. About 9 months ago, I wanted to start…read moretaking guitar lessons from someone who would connect with my vision of personal growth (I hoped one day to record my original music) and be patient with me. I'm not the best at practicing all the time and as a child I was notorious for quitting extracurriculars (classic Millennial). Well, almost a year later, I'm dedicated to my weekly lessons with Nick. His studio is an intimate space for fostering creativity and collaboration, and I can't say enough about his teaching style. He is encouraging, patient, talented, and depending on what you'd like to learn, he can run through heavy music theory or help you figure out how to play your own stuff. He really tailors lessons around your own goals. I brought in some difficult starter music and instead of telling me to start with something easier, he helped me pick it apart and take it piece by piece so I could eventually play what I wanted. I highly recommend Sound Space and hope to see Nick's business grow - it's so incredibly inspiring seeing someone so passionate about what he does (and a wonderful person, to boot) become a blossoming success at his dream. So well deserved; I'm privileged to be a part of it.

As a full-time law student with a demanding and constantly shifting schedule, finding a teacher who is both incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating felt nearly impossible. I've taken voice lessons in the past, but I didn't realize how much more there was to learn until I began studying with Zorica. Her deep emphasis on vocal technique has taken my singing to the next level. She is an extremely talented teacher and a true wellspring of knowledge. Every lesson is packed with insight, nuance, and personalized guidance that has helped me grow tremendously as a singer. She has a remarkable ability to pinpoint exactly what needs adjustment and explain it in a way that clicks. Beyond her expertise, what sets Zorica apart is her kindness and flexibility. She has gone out of her way to work around my complex schedule, always showing patience and understanding. Her virtual lessons are just as effective as in-person, and I've always felt supported and encouraged in my vocal journey. If you're looking for a voice teacher who is both masterful and compassionate, I can't recommend Zorica enough.

Wow. Low blow here so let me set the record absolutely straight:…read more 1. My kid had lice - Low dig and dishonest. But that's just a distraction from the actual content of my review --- quality of instruction and management sucks. 2. "highly sought after teacher" / "works 6 days a week" - what this really means is you're understaffed and overworking your teachers. If they're working 6 days a week how can they possibly meaningfully engage with their students? Don't confuse lack of teacher supply with quality of teacher. Parents are smarter than that. 3. We provide welcome packets for instruction. This completely misses the point. What about meaningful parent engagement to ensure practice at home? What about recitals to showcase learning? A packet is not a replacement for meaningful dialogue and musical learning. I repeat - we were there for almost a year, RECITALS NEVER HAPPENED. We doubled up with voice lessons + piano lessons. Parents --- do the math, this was a terrible investment. Conclusion: We've been at ZTunes and have never been happier. As a parent, I'm too busy to throw shade or unnecessarily put down small businesses. This experience was severe enough for me to do so (TWICE), because I feel like I have an obligation to parents out there who are just looking for a meaningful musical experience for their children.
