Well, here is the real deal. Seanara DESERVES 5 stars! Why you get 5 star service and are treated like royalty while they do a 5 star job on you! Talking about being pampered (love it!), I really needed only a makeover by what turns out to be an amazing make up artist, Jenny, a very sweet Persian woman who I just now so adore. She did an amazing job with my make up that I want to come to her all the time! I've been to Make Up Forever, Blushington, Blow Angels, StephanieG, Make Up and Go! as well as some independent MUAs and she instantly has risen to the top! Great color matching and a flawless look. I was going out with friends for a big monthly dinner (13 of us!) and all I had were compliments all night! Both Ara and Sean got involved as well. Ara did an amazing job with my wig (I have to wear a wig due to an inherited hair problem), teasing my wig to give me a "big hair" look. Loved it! Sean assisted Jenny with my lashes with precise trimming effort. I really and truly felt like a princess here and want to come back again and again! Thank you Jenny, Ara and Sean, you are all the best! 5 Stars for you again and again!

Ara listened to what each of the occasions were and provided the exact look required. I also loved the curls he put in my hair instead of doing the traditional flat blow-out (I'm a Southern gal and I just can't stand flat hair!). Was very pleased with my experience here and highly recommend them for pre-party or pre-important event hair and makeup.

Alas, I was left on a journey to find a new stylist which resulted in burned hair, cut tracks, and plenty of crying after leaving the salon. In 2014 while walking on campus I saw a woman passing out information while sporting a gorgeous full head weave. I just HAD to ask her who did her hair; and she led me to her girl Kaye. I was a loyal client of Gina's for 6 years but she has shown me that she doesn't care about keeping…read moremy business. It disappoints me to have to update my review. I cannot in good conscience support this business any longer. No matter how talented someone is, customer service and basic decency are paramount. Gina showed me the height of disrespect by not delivering a good product (after months of waiting for it) and then turning around and getting rid of hair that did not belong to her. Picture attached. In October, I asked Gina to make a wig for me. I was so excited about this and provided all of the hair (3 bundles) for the wig construction plus two closures. I asked for it to be completed in time for Halloween. She told me she was working on it. It was not completed in time. For the next several weeks, there was no update and as the holidays approached, we touched base again about the wig. She told me she had done a strand test on the hair (back in October) and that it would work for the color that I asked for. I was not told of any issues until right before Christmas.... Did she really do a strand test then? Just before Christmas, she informed me that she was having difficulty with the hair. I told her we could just do something else but she wanted me to see the hair first. At this point, she had an opportunity to be honest with me and tell me that she could not accomplish what I wanted. Instead, she told me that she needed more time. Again, I was patient and trusted that she was being honest. When I finally saw the hair (pre-wig construction) she had bleached the hair but had not successfully added color back to it and the hair was damaged. She said it wasn't a big deal and that she could continue forward. Since she is the hair expert, I again trusted that she would deliver what was asked for or be honest and tell me that she couldn't. After Christmas, there were more delays and she was unwilling/unable to produce a picture of the wig. She said it would be done by New Years Eve. On Friday, December 30, she sent a pic of the wig. One pic from the back. This was not an attractive wig. The color was not good. I informed Gina that I did not like what I saw. She said she would take the loss. After further consideration, I decided that the best thing to do was to donate the wig to a charitable cause. I did not think it was a total loss. I am sure there were other solutions and I would have liked the opportunity to discuss them with Gina. When I reached out to Gina about picking up the hair and donating it (since she had already said she would take the loss), she informed me she "got rid of it" when I said I didn't like it. She GOT RID OF HAIR THAT WAS NOT HERS. She was unapologetic. She did not offer to compensate me in any way. I am confident that we could have worked something out as professional adults. Gina was unwilling to discuss the matter or offer a respectable solution. I still cannot believe that someone would be so cavalier and cold to a loyal client of 6 years. I have reason to believe that she gave the wig to someone else or possibly sold it. Regardless, she says she no longer has it. Completely unethical. The issue is not that this didn't go as planned. The issue is that Gina's lack of honest, up-front communication and basic respect for me have led me here. I have never dealt with anything so unprofessional and unethical from someone I trusted. Wholly disappointed and disgusted. -----------------------------------------------
