I originally bought a Groupon for Suzee Skin and like others have stated, when I called she asked if I'd like to refund the Groupon and she'd match the price I paid. Being self employed, I completely understand this! I wouldn't want a third party to take a part of my profits. Prior to me coming I got cold feet about the service I requested after googling it (big mistake as usual). I wish I would have read these reviews prior to purchasing a groupon. I agree with the honest and accurate reviews that Sue is unprofessional. She badgered me to cancel my Groupon purchase and to pay her directly via cash so she could profit more. This is a very shady business practice and I will happily pay more for services rendered through a professional who has ethical business practices. When I cancelled my appointment she got snarky. Sue tries to get around being shady by stating in the Groupon description call for availability first so she can get you to purchase a service through her directly instead of purchasing a Groupon. Do not spend your hard earned $ with Suzee Skin. There always seems to be an issue with this woman. I've bought several facials with Suzee Skin. More recently a green peel for my teenager. I paid $150 for the green peel and when we were to return for the 2nd visit required by the product for an exfoliating gentle mask, she told me that she did not include this step with her green peel, even though the product booklet requires it as the final step to the success of this peel. Unfortunately for her customers, she charges you full price for her services but does not deliver the full service you pay for. Once you pay her you are doomed. Do not spend your money with Suzee Skin. There always seems to be some kind of issue for not getting what you pay for. But you only learn this once you have paid her. Las Vegas has too many great, honest businesses to give your money to a person who doesn't deliver! First, she did not answer the phone properly the way you would expect a business to her tone was annoyed and rude. Second, I got asked to cancel my Groupon because they take away 50% of her profit and after saying I couldn't it was not refundable I was told there was limited availability and her schedule was tight. I was shocked at the level of professionalism just on the phone I'd be afraid to see the level of professionalism in person and with working on my face.
