It will tell you the condition of your skin. I've always done facial because of my acne prone skin so on the age department (wrinkles and moisture etc.) it's fair, scoring me at my age. On my acne scar and blemish department, I scored poorly. They've gave me recommendations on what my treatment should be. Like I've said, I've always had acne prone skin due to hormones. Although I try to always take care of it, acne scarring and blemishes has a plagued me, especially during pregnancy. My scars were deep during pregnancy because of cystic acne. I'm 13 months post partum and just looking for anything that would help my skin. Check out there recommendations: -1st walk-in was a deep cleansing facial -2nd walk-in collagen facial and oxygen treatment ( see photo -1st treatment and post 1st) -3rd walk-in collagen facial (see photo-2nd treatment and post 2nd) -4th walk-in collagen facial (see post 3rd) Now ladies, we all know beauty is pain. Although the deep facial cleansing was soothing, the collagen facial is not pain-free. Thank goodness for numbing cream! So your face technician will give you numbing cream so you can tolerate the needles that will be continually piercing your skin. I believe this will activate your skin to produce more collagen. Down-time is pretty much none but you will definitely not want to go about town with your sore face. You shouldn't apply make up after and just take care of skin applying mild soap, moisturizer and sunblock and the serum they give you. It's not that irritating after a day, I even do hot yoga/Pilates after, but be ready to experience some drying-i think dead skin- hence load up on those moisturizers or hyaluronic acid . I feel that on top of improving my acne scar it actually got rid of my acne. Another plus! Now, It's still on going treatment but I'm very convinced because I see the difference.

I used a Groupon to try it out. I mean $23 for a facial, it sounded like a good deal. When you first walk into the salon it definitely brings you back to the old classic salons they used to have 10 years ago. It's more of a salon filled with people that have over 20 years of experience. I bought a groupon for this facial and it was definitely worth it! Nancy is the sweetest. She goes over everything that she is going to do. I learned that she used to work at the Ritz Carlton Spa up until they turned into a Hilton. It's cool to know that I am getting a Ritz Carlton quality facial for a fraction of the price. The room is very small and cramped, so I want to support Nancy. I hope that with the more customers she gets, she can move to a nicer salon and have a bigger room. She deserves it!
