Management has been actively trying to alleviate the issue, but apparently, tenants around them don't. Don't sit next to the doors and you're gold. The drink menu is quite impressive; a trip just for that is certainly justified! They use real chicken breast, which might have been a tad over done and therefore dry, but it did not matter since the tomato-based stew was rich and well-developed. They do pre-make these and freeze them as it would be difficult to craft the mango slices into what appeared to be a rose! Super crafty and the custard on the bottom was to die for! Love the mixture of spices they use to make such flavorful lechon!! My favorite was the Spicy Lechon!! It was the best I tasted during our 3 week trip in the Philippines. I tried about a dozen of them!! Hey, there were a lot of parties that we attended and each one served lechon.
