The moussaka ran out and the restaurant was PACKED with every table full at 8pm so go early. Live music was Loud. There's speakers in every part of the restaurant so there's no escaping it, but this is standard for the Philippines. People eat then hang out at the table for a long time, so again, go early. The hotel the restaurant is in is also the best in Tacloban. I'd highly recommend to stay there and eat here and just not bother going out.
