Sorry but it's a long but worthwhile review. I really don't like giving bad reviews since it can…read morereally affect a business. But I felt I needed to in this case. I called Anytime Handyman to come out and replace 2 damaged doors and install 2 new doors. I sent a text message to let Tyler letting him know my lock box number since it's a rental and no one will be there to let him in. I gave explicit instructions as to which doors needed to replaced. (it was obvious because of the visible damages). He sent me the estimate, I agreed and paid for the doors so he could order it. They went back to the rental, and installed the new doors as planned. Here's the prolblem, they took off the wrong door (not damaged) and put the new door on. Leaving the damaged door still damaged. That's not the end of it, the latch was not installed properly, it had a hole and crack. As for the other door that they installed, there was also a problem, the strike plate and latch were off centered and wasn't closing properly. I called Tyler to tell him the wrong door was removed and replaced, and sent him a snap shot of the text I sent him when he went out for the estimate, explaining which doors needed to be replaced. His answer was, that's not how he interpreted it. Everything seemed to be wrong with the job. From the wrong door being replaced, to the damages to the door and the other door's latch not closing properly. He said not to worry and it's normal it's not a problem, just let him do his job. Now I'm no handyman but I do know how to install a lockset, and I've never seen a hole of that size, nor did I ever see a strike plate and latch installed at an angle. In Tyler's defense, he did say if I'm not happy he would give me a new door. But at this point, my trust with their quality of work has diminished. Not even a new door would make me continue to do business with them. I will take that loss, and stop all remaining repairs with this company. Update: I read the business owner's responses to my review. First of all, the "so called Painter's" was my daughter and son in law who came over the weekend to help paint the doors, only to find the damaged doors and discrepancies on the other door as well, including the wrong door that was removed. I would have no reason to damage these doors that I had already paid in Full upon completion on Weds. Lastly, it speaks volumes when a business owner would illegally break a homeowner's right of privacy and send photos to anyone requesting it, without prior authorization. I stand by my review.

I answered a survey on Yelp after searching for a handyman in the area and Chris was one of the people that responded. He gave an honest bid, stuck to it, and got the work done in a very timely manner. He's very knowledgeable about what he does, and even made some recommendations of other work we need to have done. It didn't feel as if he was trying to make more money, but more that he genuinely cared about our family and having a safe home. I would recommend Chris to anyone who needs anything done in their home whether it be a remodel, electrical work, a light bulb changed, anything.

I called Havard Roofing the next day, and the owner Justin came out and had his crew tarp up the roof to prevent more leaks. He suggested that I file a claim with my insurance company due to hail damage. The project manager Dwayne took over from there and he was here every step of the way. He went over roofing materials and help pick out new class 3 shingles which are more hail and wind resistant. He had to work around rain delays but got the job done in a day. The roofers did an outstanding job and the clean up was spot on. Dwayne took pictures of some of the troubled areas and the after shots. They stayed within my insurance budget and I would highly recommend them.

Precision Landscaping installed a sprinkler system in our new home because they worked with our…read morecontractor (we didn't pick them). One of the sprinklers was spraying directly at our window, we called to have them adjust it, 2 weeks later we had to call our contractor to get the Precision guys to come out. It took them 2.5 weeks to come out for a 2 minute adjustment. Fast forward to 1 year later we had 7 trees we wanted to plant. I called them for a quote. $30/tree. Not bad and they knew where the sprinkler system was so we told them we wanted them to come out. They ignored my text/phone call for 1 week, texted 1 week later saying to "give them 1-2 days, they would have the trees installed" 1 week later I still haven't heard from them. Again waiting 2.5 weeks for them to do a job. I'm not saying that they don't do good work, our sprinkler system is fine and works, I'm saying that they probably won't get back to you in a timely manner and that is FRUSTRATING! Thankfully we found another company and our trees look beautiful. I'm not sure if they are so busy that they don't have time for mediocre jobs but all they had to do was call, explain they were busy and put me on the books. They didn't and for that reason I would NOT use them again.

His work ethic, focus on customer service, and attention to detail is why we hired him. From day one he did what he said he would, when he said he would. He is a busy guy but took the time to meet my husband and I at the nursery and spent hours picking the perfect custom water feature for our home. When his work was complete he took great care to clean up the job site including cleaning the driveway, sidewalks, and even the eves and trim of our home. His team treated our home as if it were their own and for this we are so grateful. His landscaping design is both beautiful and functional. Before every time it rained the large flower beds we have in front of our home would completely fill with water and the mulch would be blown all over the side walk and into the yard. Not anymore the day after Mr. Holt finished a huge rain storm came through and the new French drain he installed worked like a charm, the freshly installed mulch stayed put and no more mulch mess.
