I found that extremely lacking. I called to schedule a service. The rep said that it might be same day, but probably the next day. Also, telling me that they would call to let me know which one it would be. They did not have the common courtesy or professionalism to call me back. I got service from another plumbing company. And, they worked me in the same day!! Since I have taken the time to warn future customers, they won't be getting any of my future business.

I sent message and when they called me back he said that wires than went into old hw heater were melted together so they pulled them apart and that I probably have short so I need to call electrician. So 2300.00 later and 1 day and I got a pretty new hot water heater but still have no hot water.
