I have had wonderful experiences with Sutton's this summer. They even worked a rush job for me and had carpet (not just the run of the mill option) ordered and installed within a week and a half. I had asked if they could fit a time slot coming up that we would be out of town as the new carpet was going on the stairs and bedrooms. My husband doesn't love my home improvement projects so Sutton's saved my bacon there! When we had them back out to do the basement stairs and carpet I had the pleasure of meeting their installation team. These are some of the nicest guys I have had at our house doing work. Very quick and courteous! I believe they told me that they employ them personally so no subs here which I really respect. Communication all a long was fantastic! Can't wait until our budget and schedule align so that we can redo the hardwood floors on the main level. I know they will knock that job out of the park too! read more

I found out this is NOT the Sutton Carpet they used to be. I recently got a quote from them to recover 4 rooms and a hallway in an occupied home I own. The quote included labor and materials and a "calendar" schedule of three days to complete the job. The schedule was presented by Sutton carpet and the "residents" & I agreed to it. The house Sutton was working on was occupied and required coordination by the occupants to accommodate the Sutton installers. The occupants even scheduled vacation time to accommodate the Sutton installers. This job almost immediately went "South"! The floor covering presented by and agreed upon turned out NOT TO BE AVAILABLE ? Another floor covering was selected and on the 1st day of the job; the installer showed up at the "wrong" house; was directed to the correct house "5" minutes away, and showed up on the job 45 minutes later. The 1st day, he worked from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm & left for the day, saying he did not have the right equipment to complete the room he was working on, which was a miter saw to install the trim. The next day they completed 2 more rooms and announced they would not be back the next day as they were reassigned to another job, "that had to be done"! I called Sutton and was told they had to go to another jobsite that was NOT OCCUPIED; but had to be done in the next two days. They said they could reschedule the completion of my job in a little over a week! I reminded them they had set the original schedule, not me and this job had occupants. Nevertheless, they went to the other job and left this household in needless disarray because of their poor scheduling and lack of concern for their customer. Apparently, they considered the other customer's dollar as more valuable than my dollar and the hell with the inconvenience they caused my occupants. Will I ever use them again? HELL NO; you see, I own multiple residence's and I am sure my dollar was probably worth more to them in potential future business that they will never see from me. read more

I have used Sutton for many projects throughout the last several years and I am always very pleased by the quality of the job they deliver and their meticulous attention to detail.
