Her experience was great. Dr. Olson and his team are pro's and everything felt routine. We were prepped on what to expect. The office thinks of everything, she was provided topical numbing cream in advance so the IV wouldn't hurt and sent home with an ice bandage wrap which really minimized the swelling to virtually none. An added surprised was that office took our Delta Dental PPO insurance at 90% which made our out of pocket expense much less than I thought it would be. I had my wisdom teeth removed (all 4 at the same time, ouch haha) a few weeks ago and the care I received from the entire staff was top tier. My surgery went very smooth, aftercare was explained thoroughly, and billing was a very simple process. I was also quoted and paid a pretty low price, so that was a very nice bonus as I expected to pay much more. Post op follow up appt was optional and I opted out initially as I thought my recovery would be easy. I was wrong (sadly haha), and in some pretty good pain still about a week post op, which isn't super typical for WT removal. I made a quick phone call to the office and was scheduled the very next day for a follow up just to make sure no dry socket or anything awry was happening. I was reassured everything looked good and just needed to give it some more time. Thankfully now I feel great - just harder healing process because I'm "old" to be getting my WT out ;) I should mention that aftercare (visits, meds, etc) post op was included in the price of the treatment. I was urged by all staff to come back if/when needed and it was nice to feel like I wasn't being burdensome. I even got a check in the mail for a refund for part of my treatment because my insurance covered more than anticipated - really refreshing to see such honest bookkeeping! I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Antrobus, he is wonderful. He answers any and all questions and really makes patients feel comfortable. I would come back for any further oral surgery needs!

And he felt no pressure. I can tell you that I know the exact cost that these proceedures would have cost and his prices are cheap. They really took great care of him. I would say that the cost seems a bit high, but I imagine that comes with the territory of being in the Palladio where I am sure the rent is extremely high. The only other issue we had was one of the visits they started to work on him, but then seemed to get distracted by another patient and left the room to deal with that. It was about 20 minutes before they came back to finish the work. It seems like something like that shouldn't happen. We will keep coming back though because the staff are friendly, helpful, and accommodating, plus the office is very clean and professional looking.

When they finally noticed their mistake, we paid it -- only for them to turn around and claim they never received the payment. When we pushed back, they casually dropped that they had experienced mail theft recently -- and told us to provide proof that the check was cashed. (Here's a thought: if you accept checks, maybe invest in a secure mailbox like every other responsible business.) We provided exactly what they asked for: a copy of the signed, cashed check. Instead of owning their obvious failure, they claimed someone "stole" the check, and unbelievably, they still demanded payment -- and sent us to collections. We did everything right. They lost the check, or mishandled it, and then tried to pin their incompetence on us. Absolutely outrageous behavior. Their gross mismanagement, lack of accountability, and blatant disregard for basic business ethics make them completely untrustworthy. If you value your sanity, your time, or your wallet -- run, don't walk, away from this dental office.

In my case the biggest risk was a nerve running through one of the teeth to be removed and the very real possibility that it could have been damaged and I would lose feeling in that part of my jaw. The wait time was not very long - also, they have nice pens that you can keep.The office is tastefully decorated and the receptionists are professional. For those of you who still have all their teeth, the implant process takes months. You have to do the extraction, bone graft, implant and then the crown is the final piece. I already had the extraction and bone graft so just needed the implant piece. My mouth won't set off metal detectors but it is strange to think there is a screw in there. I would come in periodically to see if things were progressing nicely enough to finally get the crown. Their equipment is state of the art and should I ever need another dental implant (here's to healthy teeth!) I would not hesitate to come back here.
