The facility was clean and well-organized, the music created a relaxing atmosphere, and the staff was welcoming and professional. Everyone was very respectful of our privacy while we changed and during the scan process. Since MRI machines can be quite loud, they provided earplugs along with headphones playing jazz music, which made the experience much more comfortable. After the scans were complete, we waited briefly to receive CD copies of our images. As a sweet extra touch, they gave me a rose and my husband a fun chapstick--small gestures that made the visit feel even more thoughtful. Overall, the process was smooth, comfortable, and efficient. I would definitely recommend this facility!

Plenty of parking and the keep their appointment times. No sitting in the waiting room, long past your appointment time. I often go early and I am seen earlier than my appointment. The tech that does the imaging is so friendly, she knows her job and gets you in and out. I will continue to go to this location (although I am sure the others are just as great), I know this one and would highly recommend.

My chiropractor sent a referral to Advantage Plus MRI clearly stating an order for a lumbar MRI. Advantage Plus MRI reached out to me complaining that the instructions were not clear, and that they wanted my chiropractor to send another referral. Advantage Plus MRI then reached out to my attorney asking for my UM/UIM coverage limits. My limits ($30,000 per person) were then sent to Advantage Plus MRI. They then denied to do the imaging. The main frustration, of course, is not that Advantage Plus MRI seemingly arbitrarily denied to do the imaging, but that they drew out the process for a week or more, which ultimately has unnecessarily delayed my treatment.

Well the worker said she was not checked in and they may not take her because "it's too late " although she was on the wait list even on screen I literally took a dang pic prior, why falsely advertise 5PM closing why not be transparent about walk in times vs appointment times? Kids get out around 3:30 from school so we rushed here just to get rude ass workers. I will never! Come back here again or my kids please fix the false advertisement on closing times and get workers who actually want to work and are good with customers because it's opposite here. We saw about 4 workers free BS around no clients but they cant take people? Also please help elders with the check in self service machine there is no one to greet or show customers especially elders how to use their confusing check in tablets and if you call for an appointment even with a confirmation code they deny you ever made an appointment vs giving good customer service and helping them at least check in and apologizing for the confusion. No customer service= a failing business I suggest weeding out the long term workers who just don't care anymore or who ever runs this place. I took pictures of my child on the list and to have worker state "she not on the list or I would have took them first" lol clearly she was wrong and I have pictures to prove it, but what would I have gained if I lied about my daughter being on line? Just weird and seemed like a power trip and lack of customer service and empathy toward people who might be severely sick. Also they lie about appointments and what you see on the waiting prompters are not accurate we stayed tell 4:50 and the number automatically went down to one by the time we left yet only two of us there the whole time(minus workers) Shame on them!
