My husband and I recently needed MRIs after an auto accident, and our attorney referred us here…read more From the moment we arrived, we had a great experience. The facility was clean and well-organized, the music created a relaxing atmosphere, and the staff was welcoming and professional. Everyone was very respectful of our privacy while we changed and during the scan process. Since MRI machines can be quite loud, they provided earplugs along with headphones playing jazz music, which made the experience much more comfortable. After the scans were complete, we waited briefly to receive CD copies of our images. As a sweet extra touch, they gave me a rose and my husband a fun chapstick--small gestures that made the visit feel even more thoughtful. Overall, the process was smooth, comfortable, and efficient. I would definitely recommend this facility!

I contacted Advantage Plus MRI about getting imaging done following an auto accident. This was to…read morebe done on a lien through my attorney. My chiropractor sent a referral to Advantage Plus MRI clearly stating an order for a lumbar MRI. Advantage Plus MRI reached out to me complaining that the instructions were not clear, and that they wanted my chiropractor to send another referral. Advantage Plus MRI then reached out to my attorney asking for my UM/UIM coverage limits. My limits ($30,000 per person) were then sent to Advantage Plus MRI. They then denied to do the imaging. The main frustration, of course, is not that Advantage Plus MRI seemingly arbitrarily denied to do the imaging, but that they drew out the process for a week or more, which ultimately has unnecessarily delayed my treatment.

I had my appointment at 7:10 I checked in on the phone when I got there . They also have the option to check in on their kiosk . When u check in u will see your name on a big screen to let u know your place in line. It seems like this is a set up for Covid still. There is no contact with anyone in the room.
