The facility was clean and well-organized, the music created a relaxing atmosphere, and the staff was welcoming and professional. Everyone was very respectful of our privacy while we changed and during the scan process. Since MRI machines can be quite loud, they provided earplugs along with headphones playing jazz music, which made the experience much more comfortable. After the scans were complete, we waited briefly to receive CD copies of our images. As a sweet extra touch, they gave me a rose and my husband a fun chapstick--small gestures that made the visit feel even more thoughtful. Overall, the process was smooth, comfortable, and efficient. I would definitely recommend this facility!

I had my appointment at 7:10 I checked in on the phone when I got there . They also have the option to check in on their kiosk . When u check in u will see your name on a big screen to let u know your place in line. It seems like this is a set up for Covid still. There is no contact with anyone in the room. Someone comes out and calls your name and you go in to do your blood work. My experience was very easy and fast. The lady that helped me was so friendly . The waiting room and the inside rooms were all very clean and organized. I have to say I would definitely come back for a Saturday appointment here.
