When I got to the car there were only 3 tenders. Good thing I asked for a receipt because they asked for it when I came back in. They fixed my order right away. I heard the biscuits were very good so a got a couple more. I was really disappointed in the Honey biscuits. They were flat, hard and crunchy. Stale.. Won't get these again. The Fried chicken tenders were good, nice crust and juicy inside. They're pretty large too an a little on the peppery side. You get a choice if several different dipping sauces. I like that they have a Pepsi fountain drink dispenser. A

I have a secret spot I like to camp outside of Jackson, off Hwy. 88, and we usually stop at Jon's on our way up there for last minute snacks and bags of ice. They are open 24 hours selling gas, drinks (including alcohol) and even fresh popcorn. This is great for people who never know what time they'll be getting on the road. Their coffee station has an extra-caffeinated brew, as well as a variety of syrups you can pump in with instructions on creating great, popular flavors like vanilla mocha. I imagine extra caffeine is necessary when working a late shift at a 24hr spot. Service is friendly, so if they're tired in there, they don't let on. A fridge-deli contains potato salads, macaroni salads, deviled eggs and other homemade goodies. I prefer making a stop down the ChexMix and Sunfower Seed aisle, but the food doesn't look bad if you want something fresh. Ice is sold in 8lb bags. A few of these will fit in a medium-size cooler. Unless its full of beer cans, in which case you prob only need a couple bags. And your camping cooler should always be full of beer cans.

My strawberries were not coming up with the discount, which was posted by the strawberries that they were two for five dollars. I spent a little bit of time searching for the right berries and put them in my car and along with some other things that weren't coming up with the discounts I had somebody come over that worked there. A woman with long dark gray hair and glasses. I showed her that the discounts weren't being marked off on my list of items, and she said these strawberries were organic so they're not that sale price of two for five dollars. And I said no the sign clearly is posted on both sides of the display regarding The berries that aren't organic and the berries that are organic and I offered to show her the sign. She continued to argue with me and then literally took my two boxes of strawberries out of my cart and voided them on my checkout list. I thought she was going to go look at the sign or something. I didn't know so I grabbed my purse and followed her across the store to where the strawberries were, and she threw my strawberries back into the display and grabbed the sign out of the bracket that did say two for five. I said are you kidding me right now? And she just marched past me with the sign under her armpit after putting my strawberries back and taking them off of my checkout. So I went back and looked through and grabbed two more boxes of strawberries and went to the manager. Because also this woman gave me the same kind of grief about cheese that was supposed to be 399 instead of 499 in my cart and was really abrupt and abrasive and rude. This woman should not be in customer service let alone helping people and self check out if she literally cannot stand being around customers. I was shocked because I've never had an experience like this at the store, I told the assistant manager and I hope she tells that main manager about the behavior of this employee who was pathetic and so completely out of lying over what was gonna be a couple of bucks difference and then clearly the sign was posted at two for five dollars and it should've been honored immediately.
