There was a car in the wash and one about to get a wash. When I get up to the payment station I select my wash and tried to pay. My card doesn't work. I try two more card both don't work. I press the button that says "for assistance press button". A employee came out and just walks past me without saying anything. I wait a minute or two then decide I'm gonna drive thru and talk to someone inside. I get out of the wash and the shop doors are closed and everyone is gone. The time was 3:57pm and they didn't close till 4pm. I understand I came last minute (not knowing they closed at 4) and people want to get home. What I'm upset that the employee that walked past my car didn't saying anything about them closing early or about me not being able to get a car wash. To me that's very unprofessional and I will not be coming back at any point. I also don't recommend anyone using this car wash either. Customer service is always important.

The only problem is the second charge didn't show up until a few weeks after the initial charge in my bank account. I find it alarming that they dipped again with such a lapsed time frame. And who has got time to babysit their bank accounts for this nonsense? I figured a new business just has kinks to work out, so I let it go but didn't use the car wash for months because of this. Well, finally gave it a second go- used debit transaction for a car wash on Feb 6, the amount posted on Feb 8th and then today I noticed I just got another pending charge in my bank account for the same car wash! Wtfreak?!? This needs to stop! They're making a killing on car washes for all the customers who aren't catching this crap! They better fix this or I will report it to the BBB.

I got the Supreme Wash for $44.99, which sounds like my car should come back looking like it just rolled off a showroom floor. Instead, it came back looking like it briefly thought about being clean. There was still bird poop on the hood, windshield, and front bumper... you know, the main parts you actually see. The car also still had that nice road-haze film on it, which I assume was included free of charge. Inside, someone went absolutely wild with the spray bottle. My rear door panels were soaked, and my instrument cluster was glistening like it had just come out of a rainstorm. I half expected to find a snorkel in the cup holder. They did take out my rubber mats, but judging by the results, I think they mostly just showed them the vacuum and put them back. Some spots weren't vacuumed at all. The tire dressing also looks... let's call it "diet tire shine." Very watery. Either that or someone whispered "tire shine" near them and called it good. The most impressive part? I took it home, sprayed the bird poop with a bottle and wiped it off with a microfiber towel. Took two minutes. Which raises the question: what exactly did I pay $44.99 for? I even left a $5 tip because I'm nice... but that will definitely be my final charitable donation to this establishment. If this is how the wash goes, I'm a little nervous about the "lube" part. Overall, it's just the little things: wiping the car fully, getting the obvious stuff off, not power-washing the interior electronics, and maybe... actually cleaning the car. I just recently signed both me and my lovely brides car up in their monthly cleaning. The manager her that works with the crew is really awesome. The first time I came in I had stains in my rims that literally would not come off my 2020 Chevy Equinox and they took the time to get them off. They do an incredible job vacumming and cleaning the interior of your car and here is what impressedc me they go above and beyond with what they do. I did not give this place five stars because one or two of their employees have yet to recognize that they live in a civilized world by enegaging you nicely but they are making progress since this gentleman has been working with the men and women who work here. Another thing that I wish is that they would be open for car washes during the week earlier. They lose allot of business nor being open to commuter traffic. Overall I like this place and this is where I get my car washed and I would recommend that you check them out. By the way the people in the office are helpful and kind and it is a chill atmosphere while you are waiting for your vehicle to be cleaned. After going through their car wash, I noticed significant scratches on my vehicle that were not there before. These were not minor marks--they were very noticeable and clearly caused by something abrasive. During the wash, I could literally hear how aggressively the brushes were scraping against my car, which immediately concerned me. The pattern and type of scratches left behind are consistent with bristle scratches from their equipment, not anything else. When I brought this to the manager's attention, he was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of taking a moment to actually listen or inspect the damage with concern, he immediately became defensive. He kept circling around my car and repeatedly claimed that my vehicle was already in "bad shape" and had pre-existing scratches--which is completely false. My car did not have these scratches prior to coming here. He then went even further and told me that the scratches were my fault. He tried to blame me by suggesting that I must have placed something on top of my car and that it slid off, causing the damage. That explanation makes absolutely no sense given the visible scratch patterns, which are clearly consistent with the bristles from their brushes. What was most frustrating was his refusal to take any accountability. He said, "If it was my fault, I'd apologize--but it's not," and made it clear he had no intention of helping or resolving the situation in any way. There was no attempt to offer a solution, no apology, and no basic level of customer service. Overall, this experience was incredibly disappointing. Stopped here covered in a well known highly identifiable dust that adorned our Tundra and trailer…read more Part of the migration back from a temporary City in Nevada, we wanted to at least get a cursory rinse in to mitigate any permanent changes to either vehicle. Fairgate has a few wash bays, one on the end that we easily maneuvered into. They take quarters and will change out up to $10 bills - fortunately there's a 7-11 not 200 feet from this spot that helped us out. Also, I think the owner came out (he was SO nice) and offered to help us break a bill. I would've conversed more but it was 115 degrees outside at 3pm during that awful heat spell plus we both were sick and didn't want to spread anything to anyone - especially someone as kind as he was! (If you're reading this, thank you btw - we were very grateful!). The place is well maintained and it was a pleasure to rinse things down without a huge line of people. Definitely will come here again - less dusty this time.
